Management research maintains business performance of local products during the pandemic, requiring organizations to act effectively and efficiently in managing resources based on relevant knowledge. Efforts are needed to sustain local product business, maintain the key to organizational success based on knowledge sharing and innovation in improving business performance so that local products remain sustainable. This research was analyzed quantitatively using SEM-AMOS statistical tools, in 300 local product business actors in Central Kalimantan and Bali. The proactive antecedents of market orientation were obtained significantly positive encouraging mediation role of knowledge sharing by 51% and innovation by 63% on business performance. Activities that are managed so that superior products become management activities with significant positive Planning, Organizing, Actuatingand Controlling (POAC) carried out by mediating positive impacts to maintain local product business. The novelty of this research is a conceptual model based on Knowledge Based View (KBV) to increase local product business in two provinces affected by Covid-19. The implication of this research is to encourage business actors to synergize with market orientation into relevant information to identify changes and needs, as well as to encourage knowledge sharing and innovation in improving business performance of local products that are in accordance with consumer needs.
Research in the field of banking business management during a pandemic requires the cooperation of organizations with the changing business environment. Resources that are able to be managed effectively and efficiently at the Central Kalimantan Regional Bank in Indonesia are thus managed in an effort to support the organization. The key to the bank’s performance as an innovative organization lies in the core business values that are strengthened by organizational resources, so that the focus of value innovation becomes the activities that improve business performance as a mediating factor between external and internal factors. Research was conducted on 250 senior employees with quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) statistical tool. It was found that external factors originating from market orientation and social capital significantly improved business performance. The success of the mediation process as a novelty research conceptual research has significant positive results as a core business innovation to improve the business performance of Central Kalimantan regional banks. The research objective is to improve banking performance by collaborating between consumer needs, value innovation and social capital as a trigger for excellent change in Bank Kal-Teng. The value of this research is as a reference for innovating capability value as the main business strategy using information from external factors, so as to improve the bank’s business performance as needed.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi pada Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Katingan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksplanasi (research explanatory). Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan pendekatan partial least square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, namun dengan melalui motivasi kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dalam hubungan ini motivasi merupakan variabel mediasi penuh (full mediator) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun melalui motivasi. Variabel motivasi dalam hubungan ini merupakan variable mediasi parsial (partial mediator).
The purpose of this study were to analyze the influence of leadership style, education and training, and working environment on performance of civil service police member (Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja/Satpol PP) in Kotawaringin Timur regency. A descriptive quantitative analysis was used to examine 88 personnel of the unit. The results indicate that, first, leadership style has no definite and significant effect on personnel‘ performance. Secondly, education and training have a significant effect on members‘ performance. Lastly, a pleasant working environment has positively affected the personals‘ performance. This research suggests strengthening a positive leadership model that can make the work atmosphere more comfortable, increasing employees‘ engaged and enthusiastic so that they are willing to put their potency in order to complete the task.
