The monotonous learning media in English vocabulary, and memorizing method make students bored, so needed media innovations for these lessons, such as Smart Snake and Ladder. This paper aims to develop learning media Smart Snake and Ladder in mastering English vocabulary. The type of research used is R&D. The results of this research and development, showed that: (1) The development of the Smart Snake and Ladder media product pays attention to the safe appearance, and modified ways of playing to attract the user's attention, curiosity, and describe the theme material for elementary school children. (2) The development of smart snake and ladder media is very valid and feasible to use to improve English vocabulary mastery, as the validation results from material experts I get a 100% validity level and material II experts get 92.5%, media experts I 81.25 %, media experts II 85%, and media experts III 84.37%. (3). The effectiveness of using smart snake and ladder media can be seen from the pre-test and post-test data. The average value of the pre-test is 81.87 while the average value of the post-test is 96.20. Apart from the pre-test and post-test data, it can also be seen from the student assessment data with an average score of 99.9%.
Berdasarkan Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) 2010 diketahui prevalensi stunting pada balita di Indonesia mencapai 35,7%. Stunting pada balita dapat merugikan perkembangan fisik, dan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kecerdasan yang rendah. Anak yang mengalami stunting memiliki risiko 9 kali lebih besar untuk memiliki nilai IQ di bawah rata- rata dibandingkan anak yang berstatus gizi normal. Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh secara langsung pada balita stunting adalah rendahnya asupan zat gizi terutama energi, protein, iron, zinc, dan kalsium. Berdasarkan Riskesdas (2018), Kabupaten Pati menduduki peringkat kedua se-Jawa Tengah, dimana data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pati per-April 2019 diperoleh bahwa wilayah Puskesmas Jakenan menduduki peringkat pertama, disusul Puskesmas Gabus II. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas pemberian zinc (20 mg, 2x seminggu selama 3 bulan) pada anak stunting dengan membandingkan terhadap kelompok kontrol, menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen randomized pretest posttest control group design di Kab. Pati tahun 2020. Jumlah sampel 20 anak stunting. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada tinggi badan (TB) anak yang mendapat zinc dibandingkan dengan kelompok anak kontrol dengan nilai p value 0.001. Adapun rata-rata kenaikan TB anak stunting pada kelompok intervensi adalah 3,35 cm sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol hanya 1 cm. Untuk BB anak kelompok intervensi rata-rata naik 0,885 kg sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol hanya 0,17 kg. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemberian zinc kepada balita stunting terutama usia kurang dari 2 tahun secara rutin 2x seminggu sebanyak 20 mg (10 ml) dengan tetap memantau berkala serta mengonsumsi makanan sebagai sumber nutrisi bagi balita stunting.
Makanan pada bayi yaitu berupa ASI, ASI diproses meliputi cara pemerahan, cara penyimpanan, dan cara pemberian pada bayi. Bila hal tersebut tidak diperhatikan maka ASI yang merupakan makanan pada bayi tidak terjaga kebersihannya bahkan akan tercemar oleh bakteri yang bisa menyebabkan masalah pada bayi salah satunya diare.Berdasarkan hasil survei awal diketahui bahwa pada ibu yang memproses ASI kurang benar sebanyak 75% (3) sering diare, 25% (1) tidak pernah/jarang diare. Sedangkan pemrosesan benar sebanyak 16,7% (1) sering diare, 83,3% (5) tidak/jarang diare.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pemrosesan ASI pada ibu bekerja dengan frekuensi kejadian diare pada bayi di Desa BlaruKecamatan Pati Kabupaten Pati 2018.Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 35 responden.Teknik sampling yaitu total sampling.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden melakukan pemrosesan ASI kurang benar 19 orang (54,3%), dan bayi sering mengalami diare 20 orang (57,1%). Ada hubungan antara pemrosesan ASI pada ibu bekerja dengan frekuensi kejadian diare pada bayi di Desa Blaru Kecamatan Pati Kabupaten Pati, dengan p value=0,000. Kata kunci: pemrosesan ASI, diare, bayi RELATIONSHIP OF ASI PROCESSING WITH FREQUENCY OF DIARRHEA IN BABIES ABSTRACT Food in infants is in the form of breast milk, breast milk is processed including how to milk, how to store, and how to give to babies. If this is not taken into account, breast milk which is a food for babies that is not kept clean will even be contaminated by bacteria which can cause problems in babies, one of them is diarrhea. Based on the results of the initial survey, it was found that 75% (3) of diarrhea in women who were breastfed were often incorrect, 25% (1) had never / rarely diarrhea. Whereas 16.7% (1) true processing is often diarrhea, 83.3% (5) is not / rarely diarrhea. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of breast milk processing in working mothers with the frequency of diarrhea in infants in Blaru Village Pati District District Pati 2018. This type of research is analytic with a cross sectional approach. Population is 35 respondents. The sampling technique is total sampling. The results of the study showed that the majority of respondents did improper processing of breast milk 19 people (54.3%), and babies often experienced diarrhea 20 people (57.1%). There is a relationship between breastmilk processing in working mothers and the frequency of diarrhea in infants in Blaru Village, Pati District, Pati Regency, with p value = 0,000. The study aims to find the openness of interpersonal communication and process of exchange of stimulation in online conversation of Facebook social network Sites among students of Communication Science Semarang of University. The theory used in the study is Technological Determinism Theory which states that the changes that occur in a variety of ways to communicate will also make up the existence of mankind itself. The study can it is concluded that the openness of interpersonal communication in online conversation is open wide among students of Communication Science. Since Facebook overcomes the limitations of distance and physical and it is possible to the conversations is far more familiar than the face to face communication. It means that the users of chatting facility do not hesitate to open their selves and talk about serious matter of their lives.
