The article is devoted to the impact of the transfer of knowledge on the integration processes in Russian technoparks-one of the modern organizational forms, which includes scientific, research, educational organizations and production companies. This allows technoparks in a fairly compact territory to carry out all stages of innovation from the origin of the idea to its commercialization. Knowledge transfer includes a wide range of different activities to share, disseminate and transfer knowledge, experience, skills, skills, intellectual property movement between universities, academic organizations and businesses aimed at to support mutually beneficial interaction and cooperation. Between 2015 and 2019, about 130 Russian technoparks were analyzed. Among them was a representative sample of 30 technoparks, the analysis of which was the basis for studying the problem of knowledge transfer. The study revealed the most common ways in which the transfer of clear and non-clear knowledge between science, education and business organizations can be carried out. development, advisory services, corporate portals and communication platforms, mentoring, joint conferences, symposiums, discussions, the use of various types of training, the creation of communities, clubs, clubs and other informal associations, academic spin-off companies, technology transfer centers, etc. The article substantiates the need to use new approaches, modern concepts and technologies that contribute to the integration process in the technology park. The transfer of knowledge, as one of the important areas of integration of science, education and business, requires a significant change in the approach to the technology park, turning it into an "innovative ecosystem." This requires creating certain conditions that include the widespread use of digital technologies, the creation of appropriate technological and social infrastructure, and the creation of a culture of knowledge that facilitates exchange, dissemination of both clear and non-clear knowledge. Considering the technology park as an innovative ecosystem, in order to create the best conditions for the innovation process, it is necessary as an effective way to integrate and transfer knowledge to introduce a single communication platform, portal, knowledge base. Creating a culture of knowledge in the organization that facilitates their exchange and dissemination plays a critical role in the transfer of knowledge. Therefore, the technology park needs to create a culture that supports the value of knowledge, creativity, teamwork, openness and the desire of each person to share their knowledge. These are new challenges that need to be developed and implemented, as there is essentially no experience at the moment.
The paper is concerned with justification of the need for creating a corporate portal of a technopark as a unified communication platform for the knowledge transfer between science, education, and business, which is a new stage in developing their integration and increasing the operating efficiency. The authors performed an analysis of tasks and functions of corporate portals used by Russian organizations. Features of technoparks were identified which served as a basis for the determination of the goal of creation and the key functions of the portal of a technopark. According to the goal of creating a portal of a technopark, which consists in enhancing integration through the knowledge transfer between its residents, the authors identified the following key functions of the portal: developing and maintaining a culture focused on exchange of knowledge, networking, learning.Based on the monitoring of modern products in the software market for the development of web portals and their user experience, basic tools were proposed that are required for the performance of the key functions. One of the most complex tasks that should be solved in order to turn the technopark into an innovative ecosystem and ensure the knowledge transfer between its residents, is the formation of special organizational culture, and primarily identification of its key values. According to the authors, that developing and maintaining a culture focused on exchange of knowledge, by means of a corporate portal of a technopark, should be based on the following key values: cooperation, openness, trust, team spirit, and creativity.Developed proposals for the creation of a corporate portal for technoparks, including the key functions, basic tools, the structure of the project for the development and implementation are notable for their novel nature, are of practical importance and can be used in Russian technoparks.
The purpose of the results of this research is to consider the modern methodological foundations of the theory and practice of managing socioeconomic systems. Modern concrete approaches and management concepts are considered. The hypothesis of their research is based on the laws of Economics and management and on the classical methodological basis: system, complex, situational, etc. An important place is given to retrospective, anthropological, and creative approaches in the context of digitalization of the economy and management. A special place in research is given to knowledge management. We also study the positive and negative impact of artificial intelligence on the human factor in the modern ecosystem. The validity of the considered methodological approaches is proved by the use of publications of leading scientists, materials of international conferences, discussions, etc. The anthropological approach in the conditions of intensive development of artificial intelligence is very important and relevant. Anthropology is a humanitarian approach to the methodology of the XXI century, the use of which, thanks to a unique combination of fundamentals and a set of appropriate techniques, allows you to solve a variety of problems: from the knowledge of the worlds of the past and present to increase the level of sales in the high-tech sector.
Laboratory researches of cooling rate influence on matrix structure, composition and quantity of nonmetallic inclusions in iron-aluminum alloys, containing 25-33%Al, are conducted. Thermodynamic modeling of composition and quantity of phases, which were formed in alloy system, containing Fe-Al-Si-C-O, for equilibrium conditions by means of the program complex ASTRA-4 (TERRA) is carried out. It is established, that irrespective of cooling rate the matrix has structure of intermetallic Fe-Al, and nonmetallic inclusions have platelet shape and composite of iron and aluminum oxy-carbides. It is confirmed, that ferroalloy with the optimal structure, necessary for receiving the high heat-resistance cast iron, should be cooled after smelting with the highest speed in these condition.
