Quality of life (QL) is defined as the subjective perception of one’s own well-being in a socio-cultural context, the satisfaction of one’s desires and the achievement of an ideal level of well-being. Quality of life is related to health (HRQOL), refers to the functioning and well-being in the physical, mental and social dimensions of life. Research purpose: to analyze the main factors of quality of life of male and female population in modern Ukrainian society. Material and Methods. 482 men and women aged 20-60 took part in sociological research. The following research methods were used to solve the problemsset in the work: analysis and processing of special literature and data from the Internet; pedagogical observation; questionnaires (SF36); methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The results of their own research show that the male population had a better quality of life on all scales of the SF-36 questionnaire compared to women (p <0.05). Respondents under the age of 20-29 had indicators of quality of life above average on the scales of physical and role physical functioning; pain in this age group did not have a significant impact on quality of life. The general state of health was assessed above the average level by respondents aged 20-29 and 30-39, regardless of gender, they were characterized by high scales of social activity and viability. Conclusions. It is established that the indicator General health is a system-forming factor of quality of life for men and women in terms of the number of correlations. The obtained results allowed to determine the expediency and speed of implementation of preventive measures for men and women depending on the content of certain scales. Decreased overall health (GH) in men and women after the age of 50 significantly affects their quality of life, as evidenced by the large number of significant correlation coefficients. In women over 50 years of age, there is a sharp decrease in RP (role functioning due to physical condition) to 46 points, vital activity (VT) to 50 points, role functioning (due to emotional state) (RE) to 53 points. In men at this age, role functioning increases to 90 points, and social functioning (SF) to 89 points, which may indicate an uneven distribution of family and social functions in the lives of people of different sexes, overloading women with household chores, which prevents them from spending free time, affects the emotional state.
Studied the changes in the manifestation of special physical form of future officials who studies at a higher educational institution during first year. The aim of study is to determine dynamic of changes of physical form of future officers-girls during their studying. Material and methods. The study involved 108 girls, and their age was 17-18 years at the beginning. We studied the peculiarities of changes in the indicators of special physical form during each year of study. Physical exercises defined by special documents were used for the purpose. The basis of the exercises were: exercise # 7 -complex strength exercise, exercise # 10 -running 100 meters, exercise # 10a -shuttle running 10x10 meters, exercise # 14 -running 1000 meters. They allowed to assess the state of development of various types of endurance, namely speed, strength, coordination and aerobic. Results. Information from scientific sources testified the isolated nature of data concerning the dynamics of indicators of special physical form of girls -future officers during their studies at a higher military educational institution. The test results showed the existence of peculiarities in the dynamics of each indicator of special physical form of girls -future officers during certain year of study. The dynamics of certain indicators of special physical form of girls -future officers is marked by the following features: 1 and 2 years of training -improves strength and speed endurance, but deteriorates coordination and aerobic endurance; 3rd year of study -only strength endurance improves, others remain at the previously achieved level; 4th year of training -speed and aerobic endurance improves, others remain at the achieved level. During the evaluation of the results it was noted that they corresponded to a lower than required level. Conclusions. The obtained data should be taken into account during the implementation of physical education at a higher military educational institution, as it will increase its efficiency in solving the tasks.
Sliusarchuk, V. General physical fitness of girls -future officers at stages of training in military academiesAbstract. We studied effectiveness of the current content of physical education of girls -future officers in the formation of important component of their readiness for professional activity, namely physical fitness. In this regard, the purpose of the study was determined: to study changes in the indicators of general physical fitness of girls -future officers during their studies at military academies. To achieve this goal, adequate research methods were used, including analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization, pedagogical testing and pedagogical experiment, which took place at ascertaining stage of the study and was longitudinal in organization. The obtained data were processed by adequate methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 108 girls, whose age at the beginning of the study was 17-18 years. We observed motor skills throughout their studies at military academies. For this purpose, tests that correlated the current metrological requirements were used. Results. Changes in the indicators of motor skills of girls during training deteriorate annually, and the main feature is related to the specifics of the development of each studied motor quality. During the first year of study, the girls improved state of development of all the studied motor skills, except for speed and explosive power. These motor qualities were marked by negative and positive trends, respectively, as the increase was statistically insignificant. Only girls' muscle strength and flexibility improved during the second year of study, and girls' muscle strength improved during the third year, but with a static deterioration in endurance, speed, and coordination in cyclic locomotion. During the fourth year of training, only aerobic endurance improved, and static strength endurance, speed, explosive power of the muscles of the lower extremities, coordination in cyclic locomotions deteriorated. Conclusions. Current state of physical fitness of girls -future officers necessitates the need to adjust the content of physical education, its organization and methods of implementation.
