Geographic Information System for Sustainable Energy Development (SIGDES). It is the system which contains geo-referenced data that leads to the knowledge about several potentials of renewable energy sources in the province of Manabí. The objective of providing this information is proposed in a system that promotes the educational research and projects for business development with a territorial vision of sustainability that can make possible the change of energy matrix. The system allows the user to use the information contained in the database, focusing on the solution of energy problems in the community and leads to local sustainable development.
The coastal area of Manabita and its surroundings is one of the most beautiful regions of the province, with an extraordinary tourist attraction that has not yet been exploited in its entire dimension. In it are located beaches like the Murciélago, Crucita, San Jacinto among others, that throughout the year are frequented by national and international tourists, who come looking for tranquility and recreation. This paper analyzes the influence of the industrial process of coffee, fish and oil production, which are important in the generation of large amounts of air pollutants, combined with the effects of the marine aerosol, Clay dust produced by the quarries located in the area, which under wind effects deposition of polluting layers on the elements that make up the electrical infrastructure, causing a high contamination of nets and insulation, causing that during the rainy season, The dielectrics behave like conductors, causing as a consequence that affects the service in the territory, mainly during the winter. A brief evaluation is made of the consequences of environmental pollution on the system of electric lines, networks and insulators and what it may represent for the project proposed by the state to introduce the efficient cooking program (PEC).

The transmission lines must be balanced electric circuits, theoretically, it must be an equivalent circuit that takes into account the uniform distribution of the parameters along the line. When it comes to transporting energy over long distances it is necessary to consider the effect of the capacitance, since each phase has a different capacitance causing each line to introduce an imbalance to the electrical system, for this reason, it is necessary to study the transposition of the cables. In the present work, several simulations of transmission lines with and without transposition are made, and the voltage unbalance that occurs as the line is longer has been verified. The simulations have been carried out under conditions of balanced load and fixed voltage in the arrival bar. Using the Sim Power Systems tool from Matlab, it was possible to check the behavior of the parameters of the line, depending on the geometric layout of the structure and its length. By applying this software, the objective is achieved by checking the stress unbalance problems suffered by a transmission line when transposition is not made.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
