Artistic swimming is which has two kinds of training; land training and water training (pool). In the complicated preparation toward the team in order to achieve the best performance, psychological touch becomes very important to help the swimmer's performance. This study is aimed to see the form of mental training which is done in the artistic swimming. The object of study is a member of the artistic swimming national team. The method of the study is qualitative grounded theory. Data obtained through field notes and confirmation at the informants. The results of this study indicate that mental imaging training through ground training helps swimmers to get the best movement they show. Imagery training can help the swimmers to repair the performance in the routine set. The significance of this study is to help the preparation for the swimmers' best performance through mental training.
This study aimed at mapping and carrying out a SWOT analysis of the potential of sport ecotourism in Ambengan Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency, Bali Province which was integrated and sustainably expected to be able to reflect Bali and in line with Bali as a world tourist destination. The results showed a map of tourism potential, especially sportsbased tourism and environmentally sustainable that includes trekking, selfie or groupie, ATV, etc. The whole tour was enriched with supporting touristic objects in the form of crafts and art. The main obstacles in the development of Ambengan Village as a Tourism Village were: narrow access road (concrete road), lack of tools or modes of public transportation, limited parking space, camping ground, lodging, hotel, restaurant, new funding sources from ADD and contributions from tourists, and the operation of the local community touristic group (Pokdarwis) Banten Sari Ambengan Village constrained by various factors.
Artistic swimming is a branch of sport which has an element of swimming, gymnastics, ballet, and dance. There are two kinds of training; land training and pool training. The training which is done on the land to increase physical capacity. Moreover, the training done in pool to improve skills. Appearance presented is very complex, so it involves more than one intelligence in a performance of artistic swimming. This study aims to see the form of intelligence contained in the artistic swimming. The object of this study is the national artistic, during eight months in Yogyakarta. The method of the study which has been implemented is the investigation of the phenomenon record that happened in the field and the confirmation toward the object and the informant about the phenomenon. The results showed in a display of artistic swimming can involve eight forms of intelligence as well. The involved intelligence in it is musical-rhythmic, visual-spatial, verbal-linguistic, logical-mathematical, bodily-kinaesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic. Some intelligence capabilities can sometimes be performed simultaneously at a time. Benefits of the research shows that the activity of artistic swimming is not just a physical activity, but has the advantage of helping children develop multiple intelligences.
Tourism sports nowadays have started to get attention from tourism business actors. Buleleng Regency as one of the regencies in Bali Province has a superiority in developing tourism businesses. one of them is by developing an alternative tourism business, namely the sports tourism sector. Buleleng Regency has natural resources, culture and a strong community structure to develop sports tourism based on local wisdom. The development of tourism sports cannot be separated from the support from all parties, one of which is universities through research. The fact is that currently there is still minimal research conducted for the development of sports tourism. This research is planned to be implemented for one year of funding. The purpose of this research in this year is that researchers try to reveal in real terms the conditions for the preparation and development of tourism sports in Panji Anom Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency, Bali, focusing on research on natural conditions, local culture, and the support of village government officials in the development of tourism sports. The method used in this research is a development research method with a qualitative approach. The results of this research are the realization of a description of the potential for the development of sports tourism in the research location, namelyPanji Anom Village, Sukasada Buleleng District.
The purpose of the study was to evaluate the multilateral development-based elementary school athletic sports development program in the province of Bali. Evaluation research uses survey methods with qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The number of samples of elementary school students as student sports week athletes (Porjar) in athletic competitions amounted to 55 athletes, while the number of coaches was 13 people. Data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, observations, archives, and documentation. Data analysis used triangulation of data sourced from elementary school students, coaches, sports stakeholders, archives, and researcher observations. The conclusions obtained are (1) collaboration is formed through a memorandum of agreement (MoA) between the Department of Education and Culture of Elementary Education with the Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program (PJKR) and the Sports Training Education Study Program (PKO) of the Faculty of Sports and Health (FOK) Undiksha and the All-Indonesian Athletics Association (PASI) in the regency/city of Bali province, (2) setting targets for developing athletic sports for elementary school students according to their developmental age, by balancing academic/non-academic aspects, sports interests/talents, and program adjustments training, (3) developing a recruitment system for gifted students with tests and measurements (anthropometry, bio motor, medical examination, and psychological tests) according to developmental age, (4) competent, reliable trainers, and graduates of sports coaching education, understanding the philosophy of coaching, students’ development, experienced in coaching, and licensed according to the sport they are engaged in, and an (5) form sports class/athletic sports club as the implementation and program of the Regency/City Educational Youth and Sports Office of the province of Bali.
