This study aims to 1) obtain information about the use of computer-based learning media as a learning resource in thematic learning; 2) obtaining views and obstacles faced by teachers and students in thematic learning; and 3) designing and making learning media that need to be developed in thematic learning. The subjects of this study were classroom teachers and students at SDN 1 Karanganyar. The technique of collecting information and data is in the form of observation guidelines, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The preliminary findings conclude that 1) The use of computer-based learning media as a learning resource in thematic learning that has been carried out has been less attractive to students. 2) Limited use of learning media to support independent learning. 3) There are obstacles in delivering abstract material such as historical material and the lack of appropriate learning media, so it requires a lot of learning media that can visualize the material so that it is more interesting and more concrete. 4) Learning media that need to be developed in thematic learning, namely the material of the colonial period national events with interactive Powerpoint.
Abstract: The purpose of this article is to illustrate an inquari-learning strategy nowadays. Providing an in-depth illustrations, this ar-ticle written based on the teoretical study of Inquari Educational Technology as a learning strategy that focus on the process to search and discover. Material of the study should not give directly to students. Their roles in this learning to look for and discover the material by theirselves. By looking at the basic conception of Educational Technology and the current employment development, there will still be many new variation of learning will appear that is student-centered Approach. As a strategy, this learning have to develope students’ sistematical, logical, and critical thinking ability. Therefore, it needed a proper learning strategy to be implemented in islamic school (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah).

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan kemampuan pemerintah daerah dalam mengelola sumber-sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah secara Optimal.Pemerintah pusat memberi keluasaan kepada daerah dalam menggali, memperluas, dan memperbesar pemungutan Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah dalam rangka pelaksanaan otonomi daerah sebagai perwujudan asas desentralisasi. Jika pengelolaan Sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah ini dikelola dengan tepat dengan menggunakan strategi inovasi yang didukung oleh kreaifitas tinggi maka kontribusi Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah terhadap PADakan menunjukkan angka yang menggembirakan sesuai harapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Fokus penelitian pada Target dan Realisasi Pajak Daerah dan Retibusi Daerah Kabupaten Bungo dan bagaimana kontribusinya terhadap PAD Kabupaten Bungo selama lima Tahun. Instrument pengumpulan data adalah data Target dan Realisasi Pajak Daerah dan Retrbusi Daerah, selanjutnya data kondisi dan perkembangan Target dan Realisasi PAD Kabupaten Bungo selama lima Tahun. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan Studi Komparatif.
Pembelajaran tatap muka penuh di sekolah sudah banyak dilaksanakan, salah satu sekolah yang melaksanakan pembelajaran tatap muka yaitu SD Negeri Salebu 03. Pembelajaran tatap muka penuh telah dilaksanakan setelah libur lebaran Idul Fitri 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran setelah pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan secara langsung dengan melihat proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Proses pembelajaran setelah pandemi yang dialami guru SD Negeri Salebu 03 yaitu Siswa kurang fokus saat pembelajaran, Sikap siswa yang kurang sopan, serta Pemanfaatan Whatssapp untuk berkomunikasi dengang orang tua siswa
