Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi aplikasi Mobile JKN BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Sukabumi 2018 – 2021. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, materi audio visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan implementasi aplikasi Mobile JKN di BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Sukabumi tahun 2018 – 2021 belum optimalnya cara atau metode yang digunakan BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Sukabumi, belum menetapkan sumber daya manusia yang (khusus, masif, fokus) dalam mensosialisasikan aplikasi Mobile JKN, terdapat masyarakat maupun peserta yang mengetahui dan tidak mengetahui aplikasi Mobile JKN yang dipengaruhi oleh informasi yang didapatnya mengenai aplikasi Mobile JKN, sarana anjungan Mobile JKN masih dalam versi yang lama, dan dalam penerapannya terdapat yang bisa secara mandiri dan masih kesulitan menggunakan aplikasi Mobile JKN yang dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman atau pengetahuan mengenai aplikasi Mobile JKN. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat tergantung pada sumber daya manusia, sumber daya sistem serta lingkungan baik itu BPJS Kesehatan ataupun masyarakat maupun peserta.
This study aims to study the management of the Sukabumi City DPRD legislative function for the 2014-2019 period in drafting regional regulations. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods which in determining the informants using snowball sampling techniques with the number of informants as many as 5 people. The data collection methods in this study were obtained through the results of observations, interviews and documentation studies with data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification and confirmation of conclusions. This study uses the management theory proposed by Terry and rue which includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The results of this study can be concluded about the management of the legislative function of the Sukabumi City DPRD for the 2014-2019 period in a well-run regional regulation draft that was distributed from planning, organizing and actuating. But if seen from the controlling it is already running but not running optimally. It should be noted that this needs special attention from the Sukabumi City DPRD in the future so that the legislative function can be implemented in the drafting of the involvement of the regional regulation.
The policy of moving the government center of Sukabumi City is one of the foundations for a good regional spatial planning. Collaborative Governance is present as an idea for decision making and policy on the transfer of the government center of the City of Sukabumi. This research observes that the policy has not been fully realized until now in practice in the field. This study aims to measure the extent to which the Collaborative Governance process takes place and what are the inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative in the research process. This study uses the theory of Ansell & Gash (2007). The results show that this policy has indeed been running for quite a long time by involving non-governmental parties in the policy process and implementation in the field. However, the construction process was halted because in 2020 to 2022 the Sukabumi City APBD was allocated for handling COVID-19 and has not found investors in this development and the budget is very large. In conclusion, the Sukabumi City government must be more assertive in practice in the field and the policy of moving the government center of the City of Sukabumi should have been realized and see the collaborative process that is in the policy.
<div><p class="1eAbstract-text"><em>Motor Pelayanan Keliling Saba Rahayat Desa (Mopeling Sarasa) is one of the efforts of the Sukabumi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service in providing optimal services to help the people of Sukabumi Regency to more easily have population administration documents such as Family Cards, e-KTP, Birth Certificates , death certificates, and so on.. However, there are still problems, namely the community still has to wait for the issuance of e-KTP which is not in accordance with the Mopeling Sarasa service announcement, namely "The service is completed on the spot, can be called and one day is completed ( On Site, On Call and One Day Service). In this study, researchers used data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires/questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use statistics, namely validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, regression analysis, and t test. The results showed that there was a significant effect of service quality on user satisfaction of Mopeling Sarasa.</em></p></div>
