Masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu komunikasi antara atasan dan bahahan kurang terjalin dengan baik,kurang tersusunnya bagian-bagian yang ada dalam suatu ruangan,kurangnya tanggung jawab pegawai.tehnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan cara Observasi, Wawancara, Kuesioner, Dokumentasi. hasil penelitian ini yaitu Komunikasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Musi Rawas, hasil perhitungan Uji t, Nilai adalah 8,242, sementara dengan tingkat Sig=0,000 a=5%,T(n-k)=31-2=29, adalah sebesar 1,699. > dari , maka Ho di tolak dan Ha di terima. Lingkungan kerja, hasil perhitungan Uji t nilai adalah 6,427, sementara nilai dengan tingkat segnifikan 0,000 a=5%, T (n-k)= 31- 2= 29, adalah 1,699. Jadi > dari maka Ho di tolak dan Ha di terima. Berdasarkan hasi perhitungan Uji F, nilai sebesar 46,547 dengan tingkat segnifikan 0,000. Jika > dari maka Ho di tolak Dan Ha di terima, sebaliknya jika <dari maka Ho di terima dan Ha di tolak. Pada penelitian ini sebesar 46,547> dari 3,32 (n-k-1=28 (3,32) artinya dalam penelitian ini Ho ditolak Dan Ha di terima, hal ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang segnifikan antara Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Koefisien Determinasi (R square) 0,769 (76,9%) artinya Variabel Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap Kinerja dan setelah di sesuaikan nilainya 100 – 76,9% = 24,1% di pengaruhi Variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini seperti Variabel Pengawasan, Kompetensi dan sebagainya.
This research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational climate on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Lubuklinggau. and analyze the most influential variables on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Lubuklinggau. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Lubuklinggau, as many as 54 people and using the formula from Issac Michael as the sample was 47.22 rounded up to 47 respondents. The problem of this research is that the services provided to customers are not yet optimal, and the employee's performance is not yet optimal in terms of developing public service programs that are in accordance with the needs of the community .By using descriptive quantitative method. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded: Organizational Commitment (X1) and Organizational Climate (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that it supports Ha. It is known that the results of the study can be seen that the Fcount value is 31,090 with a significant level of 0.000 while Ftable with =5% and (nk-1) or (47-2-1) = 44. And the numerator (k-2) is 3,209 . Fcount (31.090) > Ftable (3.209), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant effect between Organizational Commitment and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance. With the commitment between employees and a harmonious organizational climate, it will maximize the performance achieved by employees so far.
Salah satu unsur pelaksanaan Tridharma adalah Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Kegiataan PKM ini dilakukan dosen Universitas Bina Insan. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu tim dosen yang mengadakan observasi di Desa Semangus Baru Kabupaten Musi Rawas untuk mengetahui promosi penjualan dengan media sosial dan marketplace. Oleh karena itu kegiataan PKM dilakukan pada bulan 6 Juni 2022, ditunjukan untuk mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat Desa Semangus Baru Kecamatan Muara Lakitan Kabupaten Musi Rawas sehingga diharapkan masyarakat Desa Semangus Baru Kecamatan Muara Lakitan Kabupaten Musi Rawas melakukan penjualan dengan menggunakan media sosial dan marketplace dapat meningkatkan penjualan, memperluas jangkauan pasar usaha serta meminimalisir pengeluaran biaya pemasaran.
The purpose of this study is to determine what factors influence customer confidence in customer decisions in pet inpatient care services at Junior Petshop, Lubuklinggau City. Data collection was carried out by observation and interviews. Data analysis using descriptive. The results of the study are what factors influence customer confidence in customer decisions in pet inpatient care services at Junior Petshop, Lubuklinggau City. Judging from trust, it is influenced by factors such as reputation and perceived quality. Reputation can be important to build a consumer's trust in the seller because the consumer does not have personal experience with the seller. Reputation by word of mouth can also be the key to consumer interest. The appearance and design of the company can also influence the first impression that is formed. Meanwhile, the factors that influence customer decisions are caused by cultural factors, social factors and personal factors. Cultural factors include nationality, religion, racial group and geographic area. Social factors are influenced by the reference group, family, and the role and social status of the community, while personal factors include age and life cycle stage, occupation, economic conditions, lifestyle, and the buyer's personality and self-concept.
