Minat dan bakat siswa berperan penting dalam pemilihan jurusan. Namun mayoritas siswa bahkan pihak sekolah belum memahami fungsi memaksimalkan potensi melalui tes untuk mengidentifikasi bakat dan potensi siswa agar penempatan siswa sesuai dengan kemampuan dan keahliannya. Kegiatan tes minat dan bakat ini dilakukan di SMA 1 Anggaberi Kab. Konawe Sulawesi Tenggara sebagai salah satu sekolah yang belum pernah menyelenggarakan tes minat dan bakat untuk penempatan jurusan. Tujuan dari kegiatan sosialisasi dan tes ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman siswa terkait bakat minat yang dimiliki serta melihat deskripsi potensi jurusan sesuai minat dan bakat siswa. Hasil tes minat-bakat yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan gambaran yang normatif, artinya deskripsi bakat-minat siswa sesuai dengan teori dan kemampuan siswa. Taraf potensi umum para siswa di SMA 1 Anggaberi, juga menunjukkan taraf yang cukup memadai dan sesuai dengan pilhan jurusan yang diinginkan sehingga para siswanya dapat diharapkan untuk melanjutkan ke tingkat pendidikan tinggi (akademi/universitas) sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuan.
Introduction: Incentives really need to be given to Integrated Healthcare Center cadres, providing incentives for Integrated Healthcare Center cadres in the working areas of the Waode Buri and Kulisusu Health Centers based on the North Buton Regent's Regulation on Procedures for Providing Incentives and Strengthening the Capacity of Integrated Healthcare Center Cadres. Thus, researchers need to research the relationship between incentives and the performance of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres to increase the visits of children under five to the Integrated Healthcare Center. Methods: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional study approach. The population of all Integrated Healthcare Center cadres is 110 people with a sample of 87 respondents, the sample is drawn using simple random sampling. Result: The chi square statistical test at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05) shows that the p value = 0.000 because Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted which means there is a relationship between incentives and the performance of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres, with a value ofj=0.513 indicates a strong relationship. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between incentives and the performance of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres in increasing visits for toddlers to the Integrated Healthcare Center in the working area of the Waode Buri Health Center and the Kulisusu Health Center, North Buton Regency.
Background.Stunting during the covid period requires policies of handling and prevention in accordance with law and human rights. Therefore, this study aims to determine the prevention strategies and human rights law related stunting to develop the health policy. Method.A qualitative method through in-depth interviews was conducted on 6 informants from the city health office and health centre for strategy and literature study related to human rights and stunting policy law. Results. The results show that there are several strategies that can be prioritized to overcome stunting in the Covid era, such as promotion and support of breastfeeding, Campaign for balanced nutrition and Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), Education and counseling using the media, including Short Letter (SMS), or WhatsApp group, Priority services for children under five, through health services and home visits, provision of additional food for malnourished toddlers and pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency, and provision of nutritional supplementation. Conclusion. It is necessary to modify the policy to improve the strategies at the regional level so that stunting can be solved in the pandemic and providing child protection people with stunting an obligation and the joint responsibility of the state, community, family and parents covering juridical protection, economic, social and cultural. Therefore, in fulfilling basic rights child, then the responsibility is carried out holistically by collaborating with the stakeholder.
Unmet need KB berdasarkan data SDKI di Indonesia masih stagnan. Sementara konsep unmet need sesuai dengan program pemerintah yaitu unmet need alat kontrasepsi modern masih memerlukan identifikasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola unmet need alat kontrasepsi modern di Indonesia berdasarkan karakteristik dan wilayahnya. Penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder dengan panel survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif pada analisis Data Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia SDKI 2007, 2012 dan 2017 dengan sampel utama adalah wanita usia subur (15-49 tahun) baik yang menggunakan/tidak menggunakan suatu metode kontrasepsi. Penelitian dimulai dari penyaringan data, imputasi data dan analisis deskriptif. Kecenderungan kejadian unmet need meningkat sebesar 8% dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir dengan unmet need dengan tujuan menjarangkan meningkat 1,5% dan unmet need dengan tujuan membatasi meningkat 6,5%. Tidak ada perbedaan karakteristik yang signifikan antara Pasangan Usia Subur baik di perkotaan maupun di pedesaan. Tren unmet need kontrasepsi modern meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaan tradisional. dan peningkatan unmet need modern lebih dominan di Indonesia bagian timur, sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan promosi terkait penggunaan alat kontrasepsi modern di Indonesia dan perlu adanya perlakuan yang berbeda untuk peningkatan alat kontrasepsi modern sesuai dengan kondisi geografis dan sosial budaya setempat.Kata Kunci: Unmet need, Kontrasepsi modern, Indonesia, SDKI
