This study aims to describe the implementation of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools on the management of pesantren in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021; describe the problems of education management, availability of infrastructure and financing in Islamic boarding schools; and describe strategies for solving problems of education management, availability of infrastructure and financing in Islamic boarding schools in terms of Law Number 18 of 2019 in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The place of research is Islamic boarding school in Kebumen district, Central Java province. The sample criteria in this study was to use purposive sampling. The sample taken in this study was from 2 salafiyah Islamic boarding schools consisting of one advanced salafiyah cottage and one undeveloped salafiyah cottage. The participants of this research are the leaders of Islamic boarding schools. Informants in this study were students, ustadz/ustadzah, managers, and guardians of students. Data collection techniques in this study using documents, in-depth interviews, and observation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the credibility test (triangulation, discussion with colleagues, and member check), transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The data analysis technique used in this research is through the field process. The stages in analyzing the data in this study are analysis before in the field, analysis while in the field (data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions). The results showed that: 1). implementation of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic boarding schools for the management of Islamic boarding schools in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021 has been carried out well, especially in advanced Salafiah Islamic Boarding Schools; 2). problems of education management, availability of infrastructure and financing in Islamic boarding schools in terms of Law Number 18 of 2019 in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021 for salafiah Islamic boarding schools that have developed almost none, but salafiah Islamic boarding schools that have not advanced in all three aspects experiencing problems; 3). problem solving strategies, especially for salafiah Islamic boarding schools that have not developed yet, by conducting comparative studies to Islamic boarding schools that have good governance, recruiting human resources who understand information systems and technology, submitting infrastructure budgets to related parties, collaborating with Lazis and Baznas in particular. related to the completion of education financing in Islamic boarding schools, as well as developing a network of general donors and networks through alumni.
This study aims to determine the managerial competence of madrasah principals in developing the performance of teachers and education personnel (management study of the principal of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati in Pati Regency). This research was conducted on the implementation of pedagogic competence development at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati which was carried out by the head of madrasah to develop the performance of teaching staff and education personnel. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are by observation, interviews and documentation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method. Data analysis in this study used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the Principal of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati management of pedagogic competence development at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati included: a) Planning for the head of the madrasah in developing the competence of teachers and education personnel at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati by preparing a work program that was initiated. by deliberation with the teaching staff and education staff in accordance with the regulations set by the government. b) The organizing that was carried out by the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati was to realize the school development policy, especially the development of the competence of teachers and education staff in forming a work team for the quality of decision making. c) the implementation of the Principal of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati, where teaching staff and education personnel realize several main aspects in the program of competency development for teaching staff and education personnel, by disseminating the implementation of competency development for teachers and education personnel, d) Supervision of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati realized all the activities that were attended by educators and education staff in developing the competencies they mastered.
This research was conducted to determine the principal's management in improving the professionalism of the akidah akhlak teachers at MI Muhammadiyah Kartasura and the inhibiting and supporting factors. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive. The results of the study can be described as follows: 1. A teacher in order to increase his professionalism in carrying out his duties as a teacher, he must understand, master, and be skilled in using new learning resources. The role or efforts taken by the school principal in improving the professional competence of akidah akhlak teachers include the role of educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, and motivator. 2. The results of the inhibiting and supporting factors are: The inhibiting factor is the infrastructure and students while the supporting factor is the teachers who have a good educational background and there is good cooperation between teachers and fellow teachers, and teachers and principals. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen kurikulum dan pengembangan pembelajaran yang berbasis pada nilai multikultural di MTs N 15 Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Implementasi manajemen kurikulum yang berbasis pada nilai multikultural di MTs Negeri 15 Boyolali dilaksanakan dengan memperhatikan tiga komponen pokok, yaitu : 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan, dan 3) evaluasi/supervise. Implementasi pengembangan pembelajaran yang berbasis pada nilai multikultural di MTs N 15 Boyolali antara lain: a) pengembangan pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara bertahap, b) guru diberikan kesempatan untuk membuat media dan mengembangakannya, c) guru dimonitoring langsung oleh kepala sekolah, d) kepala sekolah memberikan reward pada guru yang kreatif dan inovatif dalam pelaksanaan pembelajarannya, e) pengintegrasian nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran tetap mengacu pada RPP, dan KI-KD nya.

This is because madrasas are considered to provide two dimensions of Muslim scientific life between worldly and hereafter needs.
