Preeclampsia is one of the major causes of maternal, fetal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. The research aimed at investigating the risk factor of the preeclampsia incident in Mother and Child Hospital Siti Khadijah Gorontalo. The research used the case control study design. Case samples are mothers who suffer from preeclampsia, while control samples are mothers who did not experience preeclampsia during pregnancy. The total sample of 78 people The results of this study indicate that risk factors for the incidence of preeclampsia include socioeconomic status (OR = 3,976, CI%: 1,399 - 11,301), maternal education (OR = 4,396, 95% CI: 1,518 - 12,374), and history preeclampsia (OR = 8,441, 95% CI: 1,469 - 48,501). Maternal occupation, maternal age, history of hypertension, and parity are not risk factors for the incidence of preeclampsia. The most influential factor on the incidence of preeclampsia is the history of preeclampsia.Preeklampsia merupakan salah satu penyebab morbiditas dan mortalitas pada ibu, janin dan neonatal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian preeklampsia di RSIA Siti Khadijah Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Case Control Study. Populasi penelitian adalah semua ibu melahirkan selama tahun 2019 di RSIA Siti Khadijah Gorontalo. Sampel kasus merupakan ibu yang menderita preklamsia, sedangkan sampel kontrol merupakan ibu yang tidak mengalami preeklampsia saat hamil. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 orang Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor risiko terhadap kejadian preeklampsia meliputi status sosial ekonomi (OR = 3,976, CI %: 1,399 – 11,301), pendidikan ibu (OR = 4,396, CI 95% : 1,518 – 12,374), dan riwayat preeklampsia (OR = 8,441, CI 95%: 1,469 – 48,501). Pekerjaan ibu, usia ibu, riwayat hipertensi, dan paritas bukan faktor risiko terhadap kejadian preeklampsia. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kejadian preeklampsia adalah riwayat preeklampsia.
Arabic is a foreign language that has high literary features. The most basic thing to learn in Arabic is vocabulary. In learning vocabulary, educators should teach in accordance with the context so that it is easy to apply both orally and in writing by students. Through Arabic language development activities, it is expected to be able to help students recognize, understand, and memorize Arabic vocabulary. The implementation of the Arabic language development was carried out at the TKA/TPA Dusun Barue, Lamatti Gantarang Village, Central Sinjai District. The results show that Arabic language development packaged with interesting and innovative materials can increase the Arabic vocabulary of the TKA/TPA Dusun Barue students.
Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan salah satu cara masyarakat untuk dapat menjaga kualitas kesehatannya. Program PHBS terdapat beberapa indikator yang dijadikan acuan dalam pelaksanaan PHBS. salah satunya adalah cuci tangan pakai sabun (CTPS). Perilaku CTPS yang baik dapat mencegah kejadian diare dan ISPA yang rentan dialami oleh anak-anak khususnyaanak usia sekolah. Sehingga penting untuk mengajarkan anak sejak dini mengenai CTPS yang baik dan benar. Namun pembelajaran mengenai kesehatan di sekolah sering menggunakan metode dan media yang tidak tepat untuk anak-anak khususnya anak usia sekolah. Kebaruan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi terkait pentingnya menerapkan cuci tangan pakai sabun. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman pentingnya pentingnya health edukasi perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun (CPTS) di SD Negeri 10 Dungaliyo. Metode kegiatan melalui penyuluhan dan pendidikan kesehatan tentang CTPS baik dan benar di sekolah. Hasil: berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat dilihat nanti pada saat PBL 3 setelah 6 bulan dari sekarang, apakah mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikan penyuluhan dan edukasi tentang CTPS yang baik dan benar. Kesimpulan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang pentingnya CPTS setelah pendidikan kesehatan. Good CTPS behavior can prevent the incidence of diarrhea and ARI which are vulnerable to being experienced by children, especially school-age children. So it is important to teach children from an early age about good and correct CTPS. However, learning about health in schools often uses inappropriate methods and media for children, especially school-age children. The novelty of this research is to provide education regarding the importance of applying hand washing with soap. The purpose of the activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of health education on handwashing with soap (CPTS) at SD Negeri 10 Dungaliyo. The method of activity is through counseling and health education about good and correct CTPS in schools. Results: based on the results of this activity, it can be seen later during PBL 3 after 6 months from now, whether it has increased after being given counseling and education about good and correct CTPS. The conclusion is that there is an increase in students' knowledge about the importance of CPTS after health education.Keywords: Health Education; Hand Washing With Soap (CPTS).
Good communication skills are necessary for security guards as they are the front liners of an organisation. In ensuring that the training of these security guards fits within the overall human capital development of the organisation, a robust training needs analysis is proposed. The Training Needs Analysis (TNA), which focuses on three lines of analysis, namely, Organisation, Task and Person (OTP), is recommended in this case. To this end, both qualitative and quantitative methods were adopted for data collection. The qualitative data were collected through interviews and document study while the quantitative data were gathered through survey questionnaires distributed to the academic staff, non-academic staff, students of a public university, and visitors. The qualitative and quantitative data were analysed using SPSS version 20 involving descriptive statistics. Results of the analyses were used to propose a framework for the training of the communication skills in English for the security guards. The study is significant since it considers an alternative approach to analysing the communication training needs of the security guards.
