Pendahuluan; Pelayanan kesehatan bermutu yang diberikan kepada pasien merupakan tolak ukur bagi keberhasilan pelayanan, dan berbagai usaha atau kegiatan yang bersifat jasa. Tujuan; menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai puskesmas. Metode; rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 pegawai Puskesmas. Hasil; menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan (ρ=0,546), disiplin kerja (ρ=0,243), dan fasilitas (ρ=403) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel motivasi (ρ=0,000), kompensasi (ρ=0,000), dan lingkungan kerja (ρ=0,031) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskemas. Kesimpulan; bahwa motivasi memiliki kekuatan pengaruh yang paling kuat terhadap kinerja. Perlunya peningkatan motivasi, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja yang baik kepada para pegawai dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai
This research was conducted in Biak Numfor Regency with the title Implementation of the role of regional command in assisting local governments and its implications for resilience with a focus on Moibaken and Suneri Villages, Biak Numfor Regency. The method used in this research is to use descriptive research with a qualitative approach that aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the role of the Regional Command in assisting local governments and its implications for food Resilience in Moibaken Village and Suneri Village, Biak Numfor Regency.observation), in-depth interviews, documentation,and library studies covering the role of regional commandos aimed at assisting local governments. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the role of the Regional Command in assisting local governments and its implications for food Resilience has not run optimally. to farmers. as a regulator, a regulation is needed that regulates food Resilience. Then as a dynamist in its role it needs to be optimized by efforts to mobilize all existing units or form a post on food Resilience which is not just a guide as has been so far, so that with experience and togetherness the soldiers can take quick steps and actions to achieve food self-sufficiency. The strategies carried out by the Government and the Regional Command in Biak Numfor Regency in improving food Resilience are 1) socialization, this seems not yet optimal. 2) supervision and control, showing that the role of the Regional Command in supervision is good, but in controlling it is not optimal. 3) Education. shows that his role as an educator has not gone well because it is due to a lack of coordination with the government and farmers, 4) coordination, this shows that it is not optimal, this is due to a lack of communication made to farmers to increase awareness of the importance of food Resilience by paying attention to aspects of production agriculture, human resources, and agricultural innovation
This study aims to look at bullying behavior that occurs in elementary schools and how the pattern of handling it by the parties involved in it. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Each variable uses a measuring instrument in the form of a scale made for each variable. The age level and background of the subject will also be the limitations that will be carried out in taking information. This study involved 75 students who were sampled from grades 4 to 6. Bullying behavior that occurred in elementary schools was still dominated by physical bullying (48.56%), followed by verbal bullying (26.28%), ostracism (12.10%), cyberbullying (5.2%), and sexual harassment (7.05%). Bullying behavior is only considered normal delinquent behavior so that no serious action is taken by the school, especially teachers so that there is no specific handling of bullyingKeywords: Bullying, Elementary school ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perilaku bullying yang terjadi di sekolah dasar dan bagaimana pola penanganannya oleh pihak yang terkait didalamnya. Tingkatan umur dan latar belakang subjek juga akan menjadi batasan-batasan yang akan dilakukan dalam pengambilan keterangan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 75 orang siswa yang di ambil sampel dari kelas 4 sampai 6. Perilaku perundungan yang terjadi pada sekolah dasar masih di dominasi oleh perundungan fisik (48,56%), kemudian di ikuti perundungan verbal (26,28%), tindakan pengucilan (12,10%), perundungan di dunia maya (5,2%) dan penindasan seksual (7,05%). Perilaku perundungan hanya di anggap perilaku kenakalan biasa saja sehingga tidak ada tindakan serius yang di ambil oleh pihak sekolah khususnya guru sehingga tidak ada penanganan yang spesifik tentang perundunganKata Kunci : Bullying, Sekolah dasar
