The article presents the materials of research conducted on fattening growing young pigs of large white breed, in the diet of which synthetic amino acids were used. As a result of experiments, the high efficiency of their use was confirmed. The positive effect of the use of synthetic amino acids on the formation of more optimal indicators of the chemical composition of fat is proved. Experiments have shown that the most effective productive effect of feed was shown in group IV animals that received a basic diet balanced in amino acids due to the introduction of synthetic lysine and feed methionine.
The use of flour from fly larvae in the feeding of farm animals is a new direction that is becoming increasingly widespread among the world’s leading producers. The technology of obtaining flour from fly larvae solves several critical problems of agricultural development: production of cheap and high-quality animal protein; replacement of imported components in animal feed; involvement of biological waste in secondary processing; reduction of environmental burden. The purpose of the work was to study the effectiveness of using innovative protein-lipid concentrate from fly larvae of the Lucilia Caesar population in feeding of young turkeys of the BIG-6 cross. In order to conduct the research 3 groups of young turkeys were formed with 20 heads in each (10 females and 10 males), which were housed separately. The control group has been received a general economic ration. The experimental groups have been fed protein-lipid concentrate: the 1st experimental group – 5,0 %, the 2nd experimental group – 7,5 % by weight of compound feed. The duration of fattening was 17 weeks. The positive effect of protein-lipid concentrate on the bioconversion of feed nutrients, the balance and use of nitrogen by the body of young turkeys, productivity and quality of meat was revealed. The physiological regularities of the effect of the studied feed on the intensity of metabolic processes in the body of females and males have been established. Optimal norms for the introduction of protein-lipid concentrate into the diets of young turkeys have been proposed. As a result of the experiment, the level of profitability from rearing experimental groups of young female turkeys increased by 1,49 and 2,21 abs.%, young male turkeys – 2,88 and 4,04 abs.% compared to the control groups.

Опыты проводились на шести группах животных, отобранных согласно общепринятой методике. Получены данные о превосходстве показателей опытных групп над контрольными по массе задней трети полутуши, площади мышечного глазка, содержанию мышечной ткани в туше. При изучении физико-химических показателей мяса установлено, что показатели влагоудерживающей способности, интенсивности окраски и рН образцов опытных групп были достоверно выше, чем у контрольных. Исследования химического состава мышечной ткани выявило в образцах опытных групп увеличение количества белка и уменьшение содержания по сравнению с контролем. Данные, полученные в ходе опыта, по нашему мнению, позволяют рекомендовать к использованию новые антистрессовые добавки в комплексе с основным рационом для свиней в различные периоды онтогенеза для снижения влияния стресс-факторов на продуктивность и качество мяса. The article reflects the results of the study of the impact of new anti-stress drugs based on lactulose on meat productivity and quality of pig meat. Experiments were carried out on six groups of animals selected according to conventional methods. The data obtained about the superiority of performance of experimental groups over control by mass posterior third side of the square muscle of the eye, the content of muscle in the carcass. In the study of physico-chemical parameters of meat indices of water-holding capacity, color intensity and pH of the samples of the experimental groups was significantly higher than in the controls. Studies of the chemical composition of muscle tissue revealed in the samples of experimental groups an increase in the amount of protein and a decrease in the content compared to control. The data obtained during the experiment, in our opinion, allow us to recommend the use of new anti-stress supplements in conjunction with the main diet for pigs in different periods of ontogenesis to reduce the impact of stress factors on the productivity and quality of meat. The article presents the results of research aimed at developing a new product - a cooked sausage product with specified quality parameters: improved organoleptic properties, increased protein content and a balanced amino acid composition. The positive effect of sprouted wheat, maize germ and kelp in the recipes of sausage products was proved, so the iodine content in the experimental sample III was higher than in the other samples by 27% (15% of the daily requirement) for people.
Важным фактором повышения эффективности производства в агропромышленном секторе является улучшение качества продукции птицеводства и ее переработки. В статье представлена динамика влияния применения стимулирующих препаратов на продуктивные качества черного африканского страуса. Выявлены резервы повышения производства яиц черных африканских страусов и его качества за счет использования стимулирующих препаратов. Показано влияние применения препарата «Радостин ® Витасил» на химический состав яиц, яйценоскость черных африканских страусов. Полученные результаты исследований убедительно доказывают, что масса яиц страусов опытных групп достоверно превышала контрольную на 5,45 и 3,11% соответственно.
