It happens with ever-increasing frequency that the modern world financial system, based on the theories and practices by Western economists, malfunctions and results in global crises. In this regard, the USA and European economists themselves doubt this system's universality and applicability to all the countries of the world. Until recently, the Islamic economic theory excited nothing more than just academic interest among a limited circle of scientists in the Western world. Nevertheless, under the conditions of today, the Islamic economic model, its structure and mechanisms is a topical subject, as the rise in the gross national product and economic upturn are now observable only in the PRC and Islamic countries. The world economic system has entered and is going through a new stage of development, where the consequences in the globalizing world economy are hard to predict. The system is characterized with growing instability, as it is mostly dependent upon one countrythe USA. In the modern economic space, the Islamic economy in general and its banking system in particular are becoming more relevant, as the developed financial situation makes more and more economists and politicians concerned about finding new principles and tools. In some Western countries, such as the United States and the United Kingdom, Islamic banks have become remarkably widespread.
Every year, 1,700–1,850 pediatric patients apply to the Department of Toxicology of Filatov Children's City Clinical Hospital for specialized medical care. More than 56% of hospitalizations are caused by medicinal poisoning. One of the serious complications of drug intoxication is acute kidney injury (AKI). The incidence of AKI in acute chemical poisoning in childhood is from 10 to 57,6% according to various authors, therefore, the issues of effective treatment of AKI in the medical practice of doctor of any specialty are extremely relevant. The article presents the case of conservative treatment of AKI stage 3 according to the KDIGO classification in a teenager with metamizole poisoning, including inclusion of «Cytoflavin» cellular energy protector as a part of complex therapy. As a result of the treatment, the level of proteinuria and azotemia in the child has decreased. The rate of tuber filtration has increased from 20,0 to 62,4 ml/min/1,73 m2. Thus, the use of a cellular energy protector contributed to effective restoration of renal function.
ВведениеОдним из важнейших направлений развития со временной медицины является разработка способов ди агностики и прогнозирования течения заболеваний на основе определения степени нарушения функциональ ной активности и возможности коррекции защитных функций организма.Под влиянием различных экстремальных факто ров (травма, шок, гипоксия, эндо и экзоинтоксикация) в организме человека развиваются системные измене ния, имеющие неспецифический (стрессовый) и специ фический (зависящий от природы воздействия) харак тер. Функциональные изменения в иммунной системе при различного рода стрессовых воздействиях давно привлекают внимание исследователей [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13].К настоящему времени накоплено значитель ное количество экспериментальных и клинических работ, посвященных изучению влияния ксенобиоти ков на состояние иммунной системы. Считается, что при острых отравлениях у больных снижаются пока затели неспецифической реактивности организма, формируется угнетение клеточных и гуморальных механизмов иммунной защиты [14][15][16][17][18]. Также изве стно, что в результате химической травмы происхо дят функциональные изменения и в периферичес кой крови, направленные на адаптацию к новым условиям существования. Изменения, происходя щие в крови, чаще всего неспецифичны, но в то же Цель: исследование иммунного статуса у группы детей с острой химической травмой и определение роли интеграль ных гематологических показателей в экспресс оценке функционального состояния иммунной системы. Материалы и методы. Обследовано 10 больных с острым отравлением химической этиологии в возрасте 1-3 лет. Проводили ис следование иммунного статуса и клинического анализа крови с расчетом интегральных гематологических показателей по общепринятым формулам. Результаты. В 1 сутки заболевания обнаружено увеличение числа нейтрофилов, сни жение количества лимфоцитов, умеренный моноцитоз. Иммунологические исследования выявили уменьшение обще го количества лимфоцитов за счет снижения пропорции Т клеток. Количество В лимфоцитов не отличалось от нор мы, но при этом имелось нарушение продукции иммуноглобулинов В лимфоцитами. Поглотительная способность нейтрофилов оставалась неизмененной, а кислородозависимый метаболизм клеток был повышен. Заключение. Дан ные иммунологического исследования и интегральные гематологические индексы указывают на функциональные из менения иммунной системы, формирующиеся у детей в процессе реализации системного ответа организма при острой химической травме. Yuriev of NAAS. The study results discriminate genotypes with stable realization of their genetic potential in a number of environments as well as genotypes combining a high level of a trait with its stable expression. The varieties Kozvan, Perl, Agrariy and Kosar were chosen as valuable source material for spring barley breeding. We think that GGE biplot can be a comprehensive alternative to the most conventional methods of assessment of adaptive features in genotypes.Introduction. Barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) is a strategic export-oriented agricultural plant in Ukraine. Increase in gross output of barley grain is impossible without implementation of high-yielding barley varieties that are resistant to biotic and abiotic factors.Analysis of publications, pose the problem. Environmental variety trials are an important tool for selection of genotypes with specific (narrow) or wide adaptation to a certain environment or to a range of environments, which enables predicting yield capacity of genotypes under these conditions and ultimately increases farmers' labor efficiency [1,2]. Nevertheless, capabilities of environmental trials are not always used to the full: usually yield capacity of genotypes is only analyzed, but information on other traits remains unstudied [3].The observed phenotypic variance (P) of traits consists of environment variance (E), genotype variance (G) and genotype × environment interaction (GE): P = G + GE + E or P -E = G + GE [4]. W. Yan [5] points out that E effect forms the major part of the total phenotype variability, and contributions of G and GE are generally small. However, G and GE effects must be taken into account in the process of selection of high-yielding genotypes.The term «GGE» emphasizes understanding that G and GE are two sources of variation that are pertinent to genotype assessment and must be considered simultaneously, when genotype × environment interactions are investigated.With time, GGE biplot analysis has turned into a complex analysis system, as a result of which the majority of environmental trial datum patterns can be displayed graphically [6][7][8][9].The aim and tasks of the study. The study purpose was evaluation of adaptive features of spring barley varieties in terms of performance and its elements using GGE biplot and discrimination of valuable source material for breeding of this plant.Material and methods.
