The problem of quality training of officers of artillery units of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the present stage of development of military equipment, tactics and operational art requires future officers not only a high level of professional training, but also the most effective development of physical and psychological qualities. Ensuring compliance with the appropriate level of professional readiness in conditions of high motor activity in combat situations and in stressful situations. Steady increase in the role and expansion of the range of tasks to be solved during enemy fire destruction, significant increase in firepower of means of destruction (range and accuracy, rapid fire, ammunition power) increases the requirements for professional training of artillery commanders. In peacetime and wartime, the military-professional activity of officers of JI ground artillery units is to develop standards for combat operations and conduct combat shootings, which requires constant maintenance of comprehensive training. Today’s educational process in the walls of higher military educational institutions urgently needs to be reformatted and practical professional and applied orientation of all its components to the new mode of study, conditions of military service, recreation, psychological and physical stress of cadets. This is accompanied by the adaptation of the youth organism to innovations, will affect the level of physical development and physical condition of future military professionals, which was a generating factor in the detailed study of this aspect. The purpose of our study is to determine the effectiveness of the targeted impact of experimental technology for the acquisition of military-applied motor skills on anthropometric indicators and functional data of the cardiovascular system of cadets. Material. Within the framework of functioning of the system of physical training of higher military educational institutions a four-year educational pedagogical experiment with the application of directed technology for acquiring applied motor skills has been carried out. According to the results of approbation of the author’s technology, the representatives of the experimental group (n=23) showed a positive (p<0,05 and p<0,001) positive dynamics of the parameters of the cardiovascular system, a more favorable reaction of their organism to the conditions of study at the higher military school and higher functional readiness to further professional activity. Results. According to the results of experimental studies with the directed application of experimental methodological influence in the form of targeted technology for the acquisition of military-applied motor skills revealed positive dynamics of functional indicators of the cardiovascular system in EG: heart rate at rest - 8.69 beats / min (11.76 % at t=4.73); systolic blood pressure – 2.61 mm Hg (2.21% at t=1.72); diastolic blood pressure - 3.26 mm Hg (4.17% at t=2.23).
This article analyzes the case-study method as a modern technology of professionally oriented teaching of future teachers of physical culture. The case study method helps students present themselves in real life situations, rather than just solve a complex problem. Objective. To characterize the content and possibilities of applying the case method in the process of professional training of future physical education teachers. Methods. To achieve this goal, methods of theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on the content, objectives, structure of case technologies; classification of case-types depending on the educational purpose are used, questionnaire. Results. The interconnection of case studies with other methods of teaching and professional training is substantiated. The obtained results of the questionnaire showed a high level of interest of higher education seekers in the proposed method and a high level of their readiness to solve pedagogical situations. The use of the case method in the conditions of professional training creates the necessary prerequisites both for the development of the competence of students of higher education and for the formation of the ability to make collective and individual decisions of a professional nature. Conclusion. The conclusion is that the auditorium work organization based on the case-study method stimulates future teachers of physical culture interest and increases their preparation quality
Vadym Voronetskyi. Formation of students 'motivation for self-development and self-educationSelf-education in modern educational process acquires great importance both for society and for the individual. Aim of the research was to determine how to achieve certain goals for students through deliberate and focused motivation for self-development and self-education. Material and methods of the research. Achieving this goal was due to the use of a set of adequate research methods: in the processing of various sources of information was used analysis, synthesis, systematization; to obtain the necessary empirical data by Interview methods and as well as «Diagnostics of self-development level» by L. Berezhnov for identifying the ability to unlock and mobilise one's own efforts under any circumstances, successful work performance with the aim of selfrealisation of hidden capabilities. Investigated were 60 students of higher establishment. Results. It was revealed that 21.7 % students have a high level of desire for self-education and self-development. The average level was shown by 58.3 % students. They are quite realistic, which determines the desire for self-realization in the field of physical education and sports. Weak motivation for learning and self-education showed 20 % respondents. The program of self-education and self-development is presented, during the project activity of which future specialists in the field of physical education and sports learn: to plan their work, predicting its results in advance; use various sources of information; analyze and compare facts; make a decision. That is why the knowledge acquired through their own efforts will be an intrinsic motivation for successful action. Conclusion. Specialist training and professional activity require continuous education committed to lifelong learning in your chosen field, conscious guidance of the process of personal development.
