In the article there are presented the results of physiological and hygienic evaluation of studies in kindergarten with the use of educational games on an electronic PC tablet. The study involved 44 foster-children. In one of the groups children in the classroom used the interactive game software on electronic PC tablets «Samsung», the same time while working with the PC tablet did not exceed 10 minutes, in the other - the classes were held traditionally. There were investigated the state of health, psychosomatic and psycho-emotional state of children, determined their functional readiness for systematic training in school, mental performance, the functional state of the central nervous system (CNS) by simple visual-motor reaction (SVMR) and reactions to a moving object (RDO). Developing of game sessions with the use of electronic PC tablets for 10 minutes were established to contribute to the activation of the central nervous system and increase in children resistance to the development of fatigue.
In connection with the epidemic of a novel coronavirus infection, all schools in the Russian Federation in the spring of 2020 were forced to switch to remote work.Aim. To analyze key publications on: the organization of the educational process in the context of distance learning; life and well-being of participants in the educational process in conditions of lockdown; medical and social approaches to reduce the negative consequences of lockdown for children and adolescents during distance learning. Materials and methods. The analysis of domestic and international scientific publications and recommendations found using the search engines Scopus, Pubmed, the Russian Science Citation Index and by manual search on the resources of WHO, UNICEF, UNESCO and CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).Results. The closure of educational institutions is a risk of reducing the quality of education. In 2020, with the closure of Russian schools, the educational process was not stopped due to distance learning using digital technologies. The article examines the history of the emergence of online distance learning, presents the results of research carried out by scientific organizations and universities in order to study the features of the organization of the educational process in conditions of distance learning, the life of participants in the educational process in schools, and their well-being in lockdown. To reduce the negative consequences of lockdown on children and adolescents and distance learning, medical and social approaches have been analyzed and substantiated.Conclusion. The solution of problems related to distance education can be realized in the course of scientific and methodological support and examination of the experiment on the implementation in 14 constituent entities of the Russian Federation of the target model of the digital educational environment in the field of general and secondary vocational education, planned in Russia in 2020–2022. For this, the Russian Academy of Sciences, represented by the Department of Medical Sciences and the Section of Preventive Medicine, the Ministry of Health of Russia, and Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) have to be participants.
Introduction. The emergence of various digital educational resources for children dictates the need for scientific justification of their safe use in educational and leisure activities of preschoolers of different ages. The aim of the study is the hygienic assessment of electronic educational content (EEC) of the digital educational system “Mobile e-education - Kindergarten” (DES “MEE Kindergarten”) for preschool children. Materials and methods. A hygienic observational and expert-analytical study was conducted to evaluate the EEC of the DES “MEE Kindergarten” (60 scenarios of classes) for preschoolers of different age groups. Results. To assess EEC there have been established hygienic significant indicators follows: the number, size, contrast and color scheme of information objects; the presence of text and indicators of its font design; sound and video clips; a set of navigation tools, the ability to customize the image. The analysis of the scenarios of classes showed the main indicators of EEC generally to meet the age capabilities of preschool children and the principles of hygienic safety. The results of the expert-analytical study allow concluding the electronic materials of the DES “MEE Kindergarten” can be used in the educational and leisure activities of preschool children. Limitations. The study was limited to the study of the main components of the EEC (illustrative material, audio and video fragments in the practical absence of text material), taking into account indicators important for the safe visual work of preschoolers Conclusion. The scientific substantiation of the safe using the DES “MEE Kindergarten” in the educational and leisure activities of preschoolers is given. The results of the research made it possible to identify hygienically significant indicators for assessing the EEC for preschoolers, including parameters characterizing its design; to develop hygienic recommendations for the use of the DES “MEE Kindergarten” according to the age of children and hygiene regulations. The data obtained are one of the stages in the development of a methodology for assessing and hygienic rationing of quantitative and qualitative indicators of EEC for preschoolers, preparation of hygienic recommendations for its design in the context of digital transformation of education.
There was research on the influence of lessons with use of the interactive equipment in kindergarten on a functional condition of an organism of children aged 6-7years. The interactive board was used on all (two or three) lessons during the day. The continuous use of the interactive board on each lesson didn’t exceed 5 minutes, and in total - 15 minutes. During the game activity, lasting up to 10 minutes, the interactive table was used. The comparative analysis of results of the research hasn’t revealed differences in indices of exhaustion and a psychoemotional condition of children in response to the developing lessons with and without the use of the interactive equipment. The pronounced active influence of lessons with the use of the interactive equipment on the activity of the central nervous system of preschool children is established. It was shown in the significant increase in the speed of difficult sensomotoric responses and the decrease in the probability of occurrence of a mistake.
Presents data on influence of training on the background of the bimester model of the organization of the school year, implemented at the University school of Moscow city pedagogical university, on the functional state of the organism of younger students. The results of dynamic observations is given in comparison with data on the hygienic assessment of alternative and traditional variants of school year in elementary school.
