The article presents an analysis of the regulatory framework for the financial activities of an educational organization and features when using e-learning and distance learning technologies. The use of information resources in the educational process is an essential component of any distance learning system. The construction of the educational process is impossible without the competent design of a distance learning course, which is a complex task. To successfully solve this problem, the teacher needs to possess not only information and communication, but also pedagogical technologies, which will ensure the successful use of the distance course in educational activities. The introduction of e-learning and distance learning technologies in the educational process of universities will help to solve complex socioeconomic problems in the conditions of market competition. Important is the financial support of the educational process using e-learning and distance learning technologies, which can increase the competitiveness of the educational institution.
Electron microscopy studies were conducted for the fine structure of ion-doped layer on 30ChGSN2A steel obtained by ion implantation of monotectic tin-doped copper–lead alloy Cu64Pb36[Formula: see text]Sn. Formation of a multi-level hierarchical structure was detected. The features of formation of each layer were analyzed, and it was found that the main mechanism of formation of these structures is diffusion and relaxation resulting in the occurrence of internal stresses both in the surface layer and in the sheet of 30ChGSN2A steel. Relaxation of elastic stress fields results in translational–rotational deformation forming various vortex structures.
In this chapter, the domestic and foreign approaches to the competences formation of students' innovation activities are examined, the absence of such an important component as scientific and innovative in most standards is revealed. It is shown that one of the fundamental conditions for the formation of innovative competencies among learners is the environment of the educational institution, its orientation towards the maintenance and development of innovative solutions. Various innovative competences for bachelors and masters are described. Recommendations are given on the inclusion in the standards of competencies for the formation of skills in the innovation field.
The article presents a study on the implantation of silver titanium alloy VT6. It has been shown that ion implantation contributes to the creation of compressive stresses in the surface layer of the target, which makes it possible to increase the endurance indices of the processed alloy under alternating loads. Ultrasonic processing leads to the formation of a nanostructured layer on the surface of a VT6 alloy target. As a result of ultrasonic impact treatment, the structure of the surface layer undergoes significant changes.
