The aim of this paper is to identify the main problems and prospects of tourism growth in Ukraine including international experience in the context of deepening of the integration connections. The paper studied the main trends and characteristics of the tourism industry development in Ukraine in the context of European integration, describe the state, structure, dynamics of the relevant indices of the tourism sector in Ukraine, monitored the relationships and dependencies, determined the correlation factors. Main practical directions of the domestic tourism growth were determined. Determined the place of Ukraine in a highly competitive European tourism market. In addition, the paper made significant theoretical and practical contribution to overcome main problems associated with the characteristic feature of the tourist complex of Ukraine. The results of research identified the main problems of the development of the tourism sector of Ukraine, as well as highlighted the potential prospects for tourism development, taking into account the conditions of European integration.

The article discusses factor analysis of a financial condition of the enterprise is carried out and the general estimation of efficiency of its economic and economic activity is carried out. A general assessment of the efficiency of economic and economic “Kozyatyn Meat Factory” was made, namely the dynamics of profit, cost, net income and net financial result for the period 2017-2019 were monitored. An analysis of changes in return on assets, equity and fixed capital, current liquidity ratios, solvency, financial debt and independence of the enterprise is also presented. The analysis made it possible to conclude on the current financial condition of the enterprise, as well as to determine the main factors that will determine the further strategy of its development. Also in addition, it is established that the definition of the financial strategy of the enterprise can be based only on the analysis of its economic activity, in particular a system of indicators that will establish the current situation of the main financial indicators of “Kozyatyn Meat Plant”, their dynamics for a certain period. In connection with the specifics of the enterprise, we believe that the main indicators that determine the further financial strategy of its development are indicators of the company's profit, as well as indicators of its sales within the industry and market. To this end, a factor analysis of the company's profit from the main factors of sales of its products; analysis of indicators of efficiency of use of fixed assets; analyze the dynamics of production of marketable products of the enterprise within the industry. According to the results of the analysis, it is established that today the company uses a financial strategy that can ensure the adaptation of the enterprise to environmental conditions, reduces the risks of work - that is, the stabilization strategy. In this regard, the next step for the company is to focus its efforts on expanding its market position, is a promising area to choose a financial development strategy that will increase the efficiency of the company - its financial results.

Встановлено, що для визначення економічної ефективності нового технічного рішення на стадії науково-дослідних та дослідно-конструкторських робіт найбільш перспективним є застосування розрахункового методу та методики порівняння. Здійснено розрахунок основних показників економічної ефективності від впровадження технологічного комплексу обладнання для переробки гранітної маси, оснащеного розробленим вмонтованим приводом, на прикладі ПрАТ «Стрижавський кар'єр» (смт. Стрижавка, Україна). Ключові слова: економічна ефективність, показник, якість, продуктивність, гірничодобувна галузь, вмонтований привод, нововведення. Установлено, что для определения экономической эффективности нового технического решения на стадии научно-исследовательских и опытно-конструкторских работ наиболее перспективным является применение расчетного метода и методики сравнения. Осуществлен расчет основных показателей экономической эффективности от внедрения технологического комплекса оборудования для переработки гранитной массы, оснащенного разработанным вмонтированным приводом, на примере ЧАО «Стрижавский карьер» (пгт. Стрижавка, Украина).

In the article the emphasis has been made on the importance of economic development of Ukraine in context of European integration. The main features of euro economics are determined. It is established that the main trend of economic development is a powerful support for innovative activity in the country. The technique of the analysis of the peculiarities of the economic justification of innovative solutions is worked out. The sequence of procedures that constitute the methodology of economic substantiation of innovations is justified. The attention is focused on the sequence of carrying out relevant calculations, which involves: market analysis, analysis of the level of quality of innovation, the analysis of the competitiveness of the innovation, the cost calculation of innovative solutions, pricing and critical volume of sales, the calculation of operating costs, as well as determining rates of return, margins and profitability development. Also it has been built a logical model of calculation of basic indicators. The results of application of this model have become the basis for management decisions making on the desirability of innovation from the point of view of its technical and economic performance and commercial benefits. The structural and logical model can become the basis for the development of the corresponding software product.

The article discusses the related to the study of assessing the competitiveness of enterprises, as well as improving the management system of enterprise competitiveness through the prism of modern management approaches. It is established that in the conditions of market relations an important element of the system of economic analysis of the enterprise is to ensure its competitive position. Today, the main criteria for the competitiveness of a modern enterprise are indicators that characterize the efficiency of production activities of the enterprise, the financial condition of the enterprise, the efficiency of sales and promotion of goods, the competitiveness of enterprise goods. Each of these groups is characterized by a set of individual indicators that need to be analyzed in comparison with similar indicators of competing companies. This is due to the fact that the competitiveness of the enterprise is a relative characteristic that can be assessed only in comparison with the performance of the enterprise with the corresponding indicators of competitors or base or reference enterprises. In this regard, it is necessary to ensure a systematic approach in determining the level of competitiveness of the enterprise and the development of a modern system of measures to improve it. The purpose of the study is to develop a system of modern practical measures to increase the level of competitiveness of the company "Concern Khlibprom". An analysis of the competitiveness of the company "Concern Khlibprom", which led to the conclusion that regardless of whether the positive trends of the overall competitive level of the company, there are some problematic areas of its activities that need to be eliminated so that the company can continue to maintain market position within domestic and foreign markets. As practical recommendations, it is proposed to use one of the ways of operational improvement in modern enterprises in the form of LEAN improvement – the introduction of LEAN-culture. In particular, it is proposed to increase the efficiency of fixed assets through the use of innovative approaches in the selection of equipment, equipment and organization of the technological cycle of production, as well as improving the staffing process by improving the skills of workers by improving their skills and efficiency.
