The article is dedicated to a problem of establishment and development of ecological entrepreneurship in Ukraine. The authors pay attention to the methodological basis of ecological entrepreneurship, define the category "ecological entrepreneurship", and address the specific features of this phenomenon. The main problems of the agricultural sector of Ukraine as a prospect for ecological entrepreneurship development are outlined in the paper: the destruction of soils, lack of land cultivation, pollution and more. An important element of ecological entrepreneurship development is production ecologization, which will be implemented as a component within the framework of conception of sustainable development. Eco-destruction processes, which prevent progress of ecological entrepreneurship in Ukraine, are analyzed.
The article covers the key approaches to the formulation of the education system's environmentalization concept against the backdrop of rising environmental awareness and the need to foster better environmental literacy in modern society. In order to achieve this objective, the authors have come up with an integrated indicator of the education system’s environmental sustainability which provides for environmental assessment at various educational levels. The said approach allows ensuring the comprehensive evaluation and avoiding subjectiveness. In addition, it serves as an efficiency indicator of the entire process of educational service provision under present-day conditions. Based on the aforementioned methodology, the Ukrainian education system was evaluated from the standpoint of its compliance with sustainable development requirements. The pain points of the system were identified, particularly, the absence of thoroughness, error in the logical sequence of shaping environmental knowledge, and uneven distribution thereof at different educational levels. The authors presented the measures aimed at increasing the degree of education system environmentalization, namely making environmental matters, including sound management of natural resources, and environmental protection a part of the curriculum; training the teaching staff capable of implementing the concept of continuous environmental and economic education; forming close links between secondary and higher education, and their cooperation with businesses and governmental institutions.
The article reflects the author’s approach to the construction and development of environmental management systems at Ukrainian enterprises in order to modernize. This will provide an opportunity to implement the principles of the global green course and ensure a stable competitive position in the markets. The main problems of environmental pollution are considered. It is determined that the biggest polluters traditionally remain transport, industry, energy and agriculture. The ecological efficiency of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine is analyzed. It is noted that low environmental efficiency is associated with declining economic growth, deindustrialization, inefficient government innovation policy. The foreign experience of ecological modernization of enterprises is investigated. It was revealed that the state plays an active role in this process, and the projects of energy modernization, development of alternative transport infrastructure, renewable energy sources, public transport network are financed previously. It is believed that a comprehensive approach with the support of the state has allowed European companies to reduce energy consumption, reduce the impact on the environment and ensure the formation of a climate-friendly environment. The authors propose a number of measures that will promote the active environmental modernization of domestic enterprises, including the development of environmental policy to prevent negative impacts on the environment. The further activity of the enterprise will promote maintenance of steady ecological and economic effect at the expense of rational use of raw materials, natural resources.
The state, dynamics and development trends of the energy market of Ukraine in recent years are taken into consideration in the paper. The key problems of the global energy market are identified, in particular, persistent dependence on fossil fuels, lack of diversification of energy supply sources in most European countries, which endangers national and energy security. The structure of the energy sector of Ukraine is analyzed, its main formation elements, the prospects for development and involvement in the use of the country's energy resources on the European market are determined. The main components of energy security, approaches to their assessment and research are defined. It is noted that the main way to overcome existing threats in the energy market is to reduce dependence on external factors and identify internal reserves. The potential of the Ukrainian energy system is analyzed from the point of view of identifying the potential and integration into the world and European systems, providing the economy with energy resources. The current state of affairs regarding the formation of stocks for the winter period in Ukraine and the ability to supply the domestic market have been studied. The structure of the energy sector of the world's largest countries, including European ones, is defined. The main steps taken by the government to reform the Ukrainian energy market, including increasing the share of renewable energy sources, infrastructure development through integration and digital transformation (political, infrastructural and technological solutions) are indicated. The basic provisions of the European Green Course have been analyzed. The first results of the implementation of the latest energy security strategy, which envisages an increase in energy saving and energy efficiency, diversification of imports and integration into the EU energy space, are evaluated.

The authors pay attention to the methodological basis of environmental responsibility, define this category, and the specific features of this phenomenon. Important components of environmental responsibility development are environmental standards system, project environmental expertise, environmental audit. Therefore, the following matters are discussed by the researches.
