The pandemic has caused an economic downturn in the Sekaran Gunung Pati area, Semarang. The Banaran Community Center as a Christian institution seeks to internalize the attitude of Jesus who cares for people who suffer and need help, has facilitated by providing empowerment in the form of catfish farming in buckets (budikdamber). The method of implementation is through the stages of preparation, assessment, program planning, formulation of action plans, program implementation, evaluation and termination. The results of the budikdamber show that the assisted groups experience additional insight into catfish cultivation in buckets, an increase in the economy in the family and gain insight into effective marketing strategies. This paper contributes to the context of a mission strategy through community empowerment.Pandemik menyebabkan kelesuan ekonomi di wilayah Sekaran Gunung Pati Semarang. Pusat Komunitas Banaran selaku Lembaga kristen berupaya menginternalisasi sikap Yesus yang peduli kepada orang-orang yang menderita dan membutuhkan pertolongan, telah menfasilitasi dengan memberikan pemberdayaan berupa budidaya ikan lele dalam ember (budikdamber). Metode pelaksanaan melalui tahapan persiapan, pengkajian, perencanaan program, formulasi rencana aksi, implementasi program, evaluasi dan terminasi. Hasil budikdamber didapati bahwa kelompok dampingan mengalami penambahan wawasan dalam budidaya lele dalam ember, adanya peningkatan ekonomi dalam keluarga dan bertambahnya wawasan dalam strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Tulisan ini memberi kontribusi dalam konteks strategi misi melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Covid 19 has hit the world and is a global problem today. Various theological responses are also present to interpret suffering, worship to pastoral care. However, this pandemic cannot be separated from the problem of the relationship between humans and other creations of God. Humanitarian issues and environmental problems are interrelated. So, there needs to be a theological reflection related to the integrity of creation in the midst of a pandemic. The author uses the term stewardship of creation to describe the relationship between humans and other creations of God. This article uses a descriptive-analytic research method with a qualitative approach. The author found that important themes in the Bible can encourage human involvement in the stewardship of creation even though there are certainly various challenges that will be faced.

The behaviour of Christian children, along with the times, does not reflect the behaviour of children who make religious values a guide in everyday life. In addition, the fruit of the Spirit as a solution to the problem of Christian children's behaviour is not always taught in the environment around children. This study aims to develop a board game about the fruit of the Spirit as a guide for behaviour in daily life for children aged 10-12 years. This study uses the Research and Development with ADDIE model. The research subjects involved were elementary school teachers, pastors, parents, Sunday school seniors, fifth-grade elementary school children, and orphans. This study uses quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. The research instruments used were observations, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. The analytical method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research is that using board games as a medium for learning the fruit of the Spirit in daily life can make 89.7% of children understand the fruit of the Spirit better after playing the board game. Children become aware that the behaviour done so far does not reflect good and proper behaviour. Therefore, board games can be an effective and interesting learning medium for children aged 10-12 years to teach the fruit of the Spirit in daily life and make the fruit of the Spirit a behavioural guide in everyday life.
