Pendahuluan: Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan serta Kesehatan Kerja merupakan bagian dari sistem manajemen risiko umum perusahaan yang mencangkup kebijakan dan komitmen, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengukuran serta evaluasi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan sistem manajemen keselataman dan Kesehatan kerja yang di terapkan di PT. Bosowa beton Indonesia apakah sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 50 Tahun 2012. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis dengan informan berjumlah 9 orang. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SMK3 suda dilaksanakan berdasarkan PP No 50 Tahun 2012 yang mencangkup yang mencangkup kebijakan dan komitmen, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengukuran dan evaluasi. Serta pemantauan dan evaluasi. Kesimpulan: dalam pelaksanaan SMK3 masi terdapat kendala mulai pengadaan APD yang sering kali terlambat, rendahnya budaya disiplin k3 serta lemahnya sangsi yang di berikan terhadap pekerja yang melanggar ketentuan. Serta kurangnya SDM yang berkompeten membuat pengawasan area kerja yang begitu luas tidak bisa di lakukan secara bersamaan

Workplace- Occupational health and safety has grown more vital in order to safeguard the sustainability of firms' manufacturing operations in order to adapt to competitive pressures circumstances and quick consumption. Recognizing the destruction of productivity and image, as well as the money and spiritual expenses due to workplace fatalities and occupational diseases, implementing measures and improving workplace health and protection would bring major benefits to individuals, businesses, and the country 's business. Unsafe conditions, depending to studies, may be influenced through variables such as physical and technological environmental circumstances, as well as personnel characteristics. Conditions including the framework of the technology and manufacturing industry, the specifics of mining, development, and transportation lines of enterprise, ignorant and underqualified manufacturing workers, incapacity to adjust to technological advancements, environmental degradation, production organization layout, and the failure to use individual protective equipment and equipment guardians could all lead to occupational fatalities, particularly in underdeveloped and emerging nations.. These circumstances are significant in the likelihood of workplace accidents. Throughout the scope of this research, investigation is performed on the workspace functioning system, ergonomically design, and occupational physiological variables, which are considered the drivers of occupational disasters in generally. A continuous improvement, Total Abilities and Accomplishment (5S and Total Productive Maintenance) Implementation is provided to enhance occupational security and functional productivity in a business that manufactures white appliances. As a consequence of the specific application, an assessment was carried out in the perspective of worker productivity and commercial performance of the operations.

This article aims to compare The Occupational Health and Safety Management' maturity level among public and private companies in Bogota (Colombia). For the study, 30 public and 30 private organizations participated, where a standardized tool was applied to measure The Occupational Health and Safety Management' maturity level. The data was analyzed with the non-parametric U test of Mann Whitney in the SPSS software. This instrument showed a 95% reliability level, and a 5% significance level. Private organizations presented better development levels in 6 out of the 10 dimensions analyzed for Occupational Health and Safety Management' maturity level than their peers. On the other hand, public organizations stood out in 3 variables while 1 of them did not reported any difference between both company types. The previous reflects a higher appropriation of a safety culture in private organizations. To conclude, it is coherent to find very marked differences among public and private companies. The legislative changes in the country, and each organization' management characteristics along with their mission can explain the discrepancies found.
