Building quality awareness at the faculty/study program begins with building a correct evaluation. The low of awareness, commitment, and quality knowledge of the leaders and lectures at the faculty/study programs were due to the lack of evaluation.This study aims to (1) find out the implementation of internal quality management in the faculty/study program; (2) design a better internal quality management evaluation model; (3) apply an internal quality management evaluation model that has been designed; (4) test the effectiveness of the internal quality assurance system evaluation model at the Universitas Sumatera Utara.This study uses research and development methods to determine the effectiveness of the evaluation, to create an evaluation model, and find an effective model related to internal quality management evaluation.The results showed that the evaluation of quality management had not been effective. It is due to the quality evaluation model that has not provided a maximum contribution.Developing aspects of commitment, training and socializationare necessary.The application of this new model provides a fundamental change in the quality follow-up efforts carried out in each evaluation.

Abstrak. Kurang baiknya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika (KPMM) merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Karena kemampuan ini memegang peranan yang sangat menentukan dalam perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan matematika peserta didik melalui penerapan model problem based learning bagi peserta didik kelas XII MIPA 2 SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi perbaikan proses pembelajaran dan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan jumlah peserta didik pada kualifikasi sangat baik, yaitu sejumlah 27 orang dan pada kualifikasi baik sejumlah 9 orang, serta kualifikasi cukup sebanyak 3 orang dan tidak ada satu pun peserta didik pada kualifikasi kurang serta sangat kurang.Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning, Kemampuan pemecahan masalah, Penelitian tindakan kelas Jurnal

Consumer behavior towards purchasing decisions is something that should be studied by marketers to know and understand how consumers make decisions, and the extent to which marketing stimuli can provide stimulation to the purchasing decision. So they can know what are the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that are considered in the purchase decision of cooking oil Bimoli housewives Kebonagung Village District Purworejo Pasuruan.Population and sample in this study were housewives Kebonagung Village District Purworejo Town of Pasuruan who bought and used cooking oil Bimoli. The number of samples is determined using a quota sampling of 50 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Analyzed using factor analysis to test the hypothesis.The results showed that of the eight factors suspected to be considered in the purchase decision, there are five factors that influence purchasing decisions, namely: price factors, social factors, psychological factors, distribution factors, and personal factors.
