Abstract: Este artículo reflexiona sobre la importancia de crear en América Latina el Observatorio de Responsabilidad Social Educativa como entidad competente para analizar las prácticas que se llevan a cabo desde las instituciones educativas no universitarias y ofrecer asesoramiento para optimizarlas.
