Abstract: A presente pesquisa contemplou o sistema de atendimento em uma pizzaria, onde foi demostrado, por meio de um estudo de caso, a proposição de melhorias nos setores do caixa e atendimento dos garçons. Tais melhorias foram propostas a partir de observações realizadas em campo e reuniões com a equipe de funcionários.
