Effect of behavioral variables on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with job satisfaction as moderating among Jordanian five-star hotels

Abstract: Purpose In the current competitive world of business, it is important that every individual strives to be competitive to elevate his/her life status and creates a bright-looking future.
