Organic farming is an alternative for environmentally friendly rice cultivation technology. The study aims to know the application level of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of organic rice and the different application level of organic rice SOP based on farmers demographic. There were 58 farmers involved in the census of Ngudi Rejeki Farmers Group. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that the application level of organic rice SOP was classified in high category especially in land preparation, planting, maintenance, nursery, and post-harvest. Even in the harvesting and seed selection, they were in very high category. Meanwhile, the place of seeding, replacing the dead seed, irrigation, and milling were still in the medium category. Some factors including formal education, production facilities access, market prices, and cosmopolitan levels led to the different application of organic rice SOPs. Conversely, the age of farmers, non-formal education, organic rice farming experience, and land area did not result in different SOP application of organic rice. It is recommended that farmers make dikes, use fertilizer when seeding, and have a good irrigation regularly. Formal education and cosmopolitan life style of the farmers became the main consideration for the group to obtain organic food certificates.

The calcareous land is one of the alternative lands which are still underutilized in Gunungkidul Regency Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study aims to know and analyze the cost, income, profit, feasibility of the cassava farming, and the constraints towards developing cassava farming. The basic method used in this research is a quantitative and descriptive in nature. Respondents were chosen using simple random sampling and the total number of respondents is 60 farmers consisting of 30 calcareous land farmers and 30 farmers of rain fed land, both are active members of the farmers group. The results show that the total cost of cassava farming of rain fed land is higher than that in the calcareous land. However, the income and profit in cassava farming are higher in the calcareous land than that of rain-fed land. Overall, cassava farming in the rain-fed and calcareous land is feasible to develop. Furthermore, the study finds out that the farmers rain-fed lands are constrained by higher cost, but low prices of the products, while the farmers in the calcareous lands are challenged by the heavy rainfall, damaging the cassava plantation. This study recommends that the farmers should develop cassava production utilizing the calcareous land in Gunungkidul Regency.

The reasearch aims to 1) analyze knowledge, attitude and skill level in Kelompok Wanita Tani Legowo's horticulture farmer, 2) analyze the success of sustainable agriculture in Kelompok Wanita Tani Legowo, 3) analyze the correlation of horticulture farmer's knowledge, attitude and skill in Kelompok Wanita Tani Legowo with sustainable agriculture successness. Research began on September until December 2018 at Kelompok Wanita Tani Legowo. The research method is survey with purposive sampling as many as 30 respondents. Data collected by questionnaire, interview and observation while data analyzed by descriptive and Spearman Correlation analysis. The research results are 1) farmer knowledge level is high, farmer attitude level is high and farmer skill level is medium, 2) The success level of sustainable agriculture is medium, 3) farmer's behavior have significant correlation with sustainable agriculture successness.
