The coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic still leaves problems, one of which is in the world of education. Online learning has not become the optimal alternative for learning mathematics, especially for elementary school students. Hybrid learning is learning that integrates face-to-face learning and online learning. Learning by including limited face-to-face meetings can be one of the considerations to deal with the characteristic needs of elementary school students. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of elementary school students’ mathematics learning motivation in hybrid learning on their learning achievement, the effect of elementary school students' mathematics self-efficacy in hybrid learning on their learning achievement and also the effect of elementary school students' motivation and mathematics self-efficacy in hybrid learning on learning achievement. The method used is regression analysis using SPSS 23.0. Previously, the prerequisite test and normality test were carried out. This research was conducted in 5 schools with a sample of 132 elementary school students. After the research was conducted, the results showed that partially the motivation and self-efficacy variables of students' mathematics influenced students’ achievement. The variable of mathematics self-efficacy affects the achievement of 20.1%. Mathematics self-efficacy affects the achievement of 20.7%. Meanwhile, the two independent variables also influence the learning achievement of elementary school students, which is 23.6%. From these data, it can be seen that the variables of mathematics self-efficacy and student learning motivation together have a more significant effect than their partial effect on elementary school students’ learning achievement. India, the most populated country, faces the challenges of providing jobs to eligible candidates. Therefore, the promotion of entrepreneurship and the development of an ecosystem of start-ups are highly required. For any country, start-ups and new business ventures are important pillars of economic development. Therefore, college students must be encouraged and trained to become job-givers rather than job-seekers by venturing into a new business. Keeping the present scenario of India as a pivotal point, the study aims to examine the entrepreneurial intention (EI) of college students towards venturing into new businesses. The current study utilizes Ajzen’s (1991) theory of planned behaviour (TPB model), which is a widely used theoretical framework in entrepreneurship research. The study mainly investigates the role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and risk-taking propensity in developing EIs among college students. A quantitative research design was used to achieve the stated objective of the study. An extensive literature review has been conducted to formulate the questionnaire. All variables were measured using the five-point Likert scale. Moreover, age, gender and exposure to family business were taken as control variables. Three hundred seventy-four responses were collected and analysed using structural equation modelling with Amos 22.0. The results demonstrated that all three variables concerning the TPB model, i.e., attitude, subjective norms and perceived feasibility, positively influence EIs. In addition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy affects EIs both directly and indirectly through perceived feasibility, while the effect of risk-taking propensity is fully mediated by attitude. The study produced meaningful theoretical and practical implications. Theoretically, the study contributes to entrepreneurial literature by signifying the role of self-efficacy and risk-taking propensity in forming EIs. The study also provides insights that may benefit policymakers and governments in formulating appropriate plans to boost EIs among students.

This study aims to explore the contribution of entrepreneurial knowledge to the formation of Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy. This study is a study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all generation Z in class XI of SMK Negeri 7 Pangkep, South Sulawesi with a total of 131 generations with a purposively drawn sample of 57 people with several criteria. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires and interviews. This study consists of 3 variables consisting of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial interest, and self-efficacy. Data analysis used path analysis technique. The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the self-efficacy of Generation Z. In addition, there is also a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship of Generation Z. Other findings indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest, and finally it was found that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest through Generation Z's self-efficacy.
