The purpose of this study is to describe the training variable and to know the simultaneous and partial effects from the variables of training, compensation and work discipline toward the employee work performance of PT PLN (Persero) Malang Service and Network Area.This research is an explanatory research or explanation study, which explain the causal relationship among the variables through the testing of hypotheses. This research is held in the office of PT PLN (Persero) Malang Service and Network Area. The sample in this research is 44 respondents. The independent variables are: Training (X1), Compensation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3). The dependent variable is Employee Work Performance (Y). Multiple linear regression analysis is used as the statistical method.Based on the descriptive analysis on this research result, it can be conclude that the training followed by the employees is assessed on its target especially for the content of the material and optimal time duration. Compensation is rated in good level, especially on the salaries and complementary compensation. While for the facility element consists of vehicle and residence needs to be improved.Employee work performance is also very positively responded in its three elements such as punctuality, work quality and work quantity. The training, compensation and work discipline simultaneously and partially have significant effects toward the employee work performance in PT. PLN (Persero) Malang Service and Network Area. The whole effects of the independent variables have a positive direction. The largest contribution comes from the training variable.
This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on product purchase decisions at the Sewing House of Akhwat Makassar. This research is categorized as a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased products at the Makassar Sewing House in July 2019 as many as 101 consumers. Sampling was done by means of purposive sampling of 50 consumers. The method of data collection was done by using interview, questionnaire and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 software. The results showed that the variables of brand image and price partially had a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Sewing House for Women in Makassar. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between brand image and price variables on product purchasing decisions at the Sewing House for Women in Makassar.
The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) was Labakkang District Head, Pangkep Regency. The problem is: (1) the lack of public knowledge (housewives and young women) about the use of plastic waste into selling value products and (2) the lack of skills of housewives and young women in processing plastic waste into sale value products. The targets are housewives and young women. The methods used are: observation, testing, training, and evaluation. The results achieved are (1) housewives and young women have very high levels of participation in training in processing plastic waste into valuable products and (2) housewives and young women have the knowledge and skills to process plastic waste into products selling value.
This study aims to explore the contribution of entrepreneurial knowledge to the formation of Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy. This study is a study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all generation Z in class XI of SMK Negeri 7 Pangkep, South Sulawesi with a total of 131 generations with a purposively drawn sample of 57 people with several criteria. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires and interviews. This study consists of 3 variables consisting of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial interest, and self-efficacy. Data analysis used path analysis technique. The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the self-efficacy of Generation Z. In addition, there is also a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship of Generation Z. Other findings indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest, and finally it was found that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest through Generation Z's self-efficacy.
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Learning Tipe Quick On The Draw secara daring terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas x SMAN 15 Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah peneltian tindakan kelas (Classroom action research ) dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 32 siswa dari kelas kontrol dan 35 siswa dari kelas eksperimen . Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dan evaluasi pada saat berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran dan tes yang diberikan pada akhir pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menujukkan diperoleh skor rata-rata untuk kelas kontrol mencapai 73,00 persen sedangkan ketuntasan klasikalnya mencapai 68,57 persen, dan pada kelas eksperimen skor rata-rata mencapai 80,85 persen, dan ketuntasan klasikalnya mencapai 100 persen. Hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Learning Tipe Quick On The Draw ditandai dengan semakin meningkatnya presentase pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol , secara keseluruhan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Learning Tipe Quick On The Draw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
