Character Education is one of the fields of study that is integrated in Citizenship Education. Every nation needs character education to maintain its existence as a nation, so character education is a very important formulation, especially in strengthening one's identity as a nation. This study aims to describe: 1) the implementation of strengthening character education through the natural school learning curriculum, 2) The impact of strengthening character education through the natural school leadership curriculum in the character of students. This research was conducted at the Al-Karim Natural Elementary School, Lampung. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, with data collection using participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that: 1) Character Education Strengthening Program at SD AL-Karim Lampung was carried out through a habituation process, Leadership Curriculum programs, and through partnership development involving three educational centers (schools, families and communities). 2) The Program for Strengthening Character Education through the Leadership Curriculum has an impact on the character of students' responsibility. This character is in student activities both in the school environment and outside the school.

Pendidkan karakter saat ini menjadi sorotan tajam disaat kondisi belajar yang terbatas. Saat pandemic mengharuskan pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara tatap maya, sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah dialihkan melalui daring. Sehingga penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis bagaimana pelaksanaan penguatan karakter religious di Sekolah Dasar Kota Baubau dimasa Distance Learing. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penanaman karakter religisu di Sekolah Dasar selama pembelajaran daringa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dimana proses analisis data yang dikumpulkan lalu diproses untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kota Baubau dengan mengambil sampel dari 3 sekolah yang tersebar di kecamatan betoambari. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan ialah menggunakan data angket, dan wawancara tertulis yang dibagikan melalui google forms. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan pendidikan karakter religius berdasarkan kategori keterlaksanaan belum terlaksana dengan baik, ditandai dengan program pengembangan diri terlaksana 64%, pengintegrasian kedalam mata pelajaran terlaksana 25%, dan pengintegrasian dalam budaya sekolah terlaksana 11%. Peran orang tua masih mendominasi dalam pengembangan diri siswa, namun dibawah kontrol guru dengan memberikan daftar ceklis kegiatan serta dokumentasi kegaiatan religius anak selama berada di rumah. Peran guru dalam mengintegrasikan karakter religius kedalam pembelajaran cukup terlaksana namun kurang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang kongkrit, sehingga siswa belajar melalui buku cetak dan penugasan. sedangkan peran sekolah terkait pelaksanakan kurikuler, ekstrakurikuler dan kokurikuler tidak terlaksana secara baik disebabkan oleh sarana dan prasarana pendukung kegiatan religius melalui budaya sekolah belum memadai yang mendukung kegiatan distance learning

This study aims to find out about "the implementation of character education in OSIS 1 Pontinak State High School". The method used is descriptive method with qualitative research. The data source of this research is the Student Council Supervisor, student council members and ordinary students who are not student council members. Data collection techniques used were observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation, while the data collection tools used were observation guides, interviews and documentation tools. There are 11 informants in this research. The results showed that the implementation of character education at OSIS Pontianak 1 High School was through student coaching activities that instill character values towards student council members who were realized by the student council through programmed activities. Character values that emerge are religious character values, responsibility, independence, tolerance, social care and environmental care. Evaluation of character education in OSIS Pontianak 1 High School is done by the OSIS Trustees by observing directly the behavior of students in a continuous manner in every planning and implementation activity and behavior of daily students in the school environment.
