Learning Case Study in the Pandemic Covid-19: Learning Targets, Needs Analysis, Obstacles, and Solutions

Abstract: COVID-19 pandemic has changed the learning system in Indonesia. Learning that is usually carried out face-to-face must be changed to online learning. The fact is online learning is not running as expected. This research aims to describe learning during the COVID-19 pandemic by examining elements of learning targets, analyzing needs, obstacles, and solutions.
