Learning Curriculum 2013 is thematic, where a theme contains several subjects, one of which is Science (Natural Sciences). Science deals with the environment such as direct and indirect observation, scale awareness, symbolic language, logical frameworks, logical inference, the law of cause and effect, modeling, building concepts. However, in practice, especially in SD (Elementary School), this activity has not been carried out. This aspect is included in the generic skills of science. The learning device is a learning implementation factor that is adjusted to the child's development by providing character strengthening. The objectives of this study were (1) to develop products about modules in the form of magazines, student worksheets, interactive media, and authentic assessments; (2) see the feasibility of the product; (3) determine student responses to the product being developed. This research method is a development with a 4D model (Design, Define, Development, and Dessimination). Based on the results of research conducted: (1) the resulting learning tools are based on generic science skills integrated character; (2) the results of the validation of learning tools are stated to be very valid; (3) the implementation of learning using the learning tools obtained with the very effective category; (4) student responses to magazines obtained in the very practical category, LKS obtained in the very practical category, interactive media obtained in the very practical category, and authentic assessment obtained in the category practical. Thus the generic science skills-based learning tools integrated with the character of the theme of 6 energy and change in grade III SD developed in this study are categorized as valid and practical and feasible for learning.
