Peran Organisasi Internasional dan Regional dalam Penyelesaian Pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia Perdagangan Orang di Indonesia

Abstract: Perdagangan orang merupakan kejahatan transnasional. Tahun 2019, KPPA mencatat 213 kasus dan meningkat menjadi 400 kasus pada tahun 2020. Kondisi ini mewajibkan negara mengambil tindakan tegas untuk melindungi warga negara khususnya perempuan dan anak agar tidak terjebak dalam perdagangan orang.
