Abstract: INFO ARTIKEL ABSTRAK Sejarah artikel:Minuman probiotik dapat digunakan sebagai terapi antihiperkolesterolemia. Salah satu bahan potensial untuk minuman probiotik yaitu pepaya (Carica papaya) yang dapat difermentasi menggunakan bakteri asam laktat.
