With the continuous increase of requirements for P.E. talents’ qualities, there occurs higher disharmony between cultivation goals and modes for P.E. talents and social demands. Hence, it is necessary to review the evaluation index system of practical abilities for university students majoring in P.E. to enhance the betterment of cultivation goals and modes for P.E. professionals and its teaching quality. The goal of this study is to establish the evaluation index system of practical abilities for P.E. professionals. This paper uses document analysis and expert grading methods to construct the concrete indexes of the evaluation system and calculate the weight indexes of three levels of practical abilities employing the analytic hierarchy process. The results highlighted that the most significant weights have, respectively, moral education ability in the first-level indexes, teachers’ code of ethics in the second-level indexes, and role model leading ability in the third-level indexes. The institution process of the evaluation index system in the research is scientific and reliable, which provides a theoretical reference for the evaluations of the education cultivation and professional abilities of students majoring in P.E. at Chinese universities.

This study reveals the issues of effective socialization by means of physical culture and sports of students with limited physical abilities, which number, unfortunately, grows with every year. The article analyses the obtained experimental data on the use of adaptive physical training and sports for group of cadets with limited physical abilities with aim of their socialization and motor quality development. Individual programs were developed for such students, which are founded on several aspects: physician-biological, pedagogical, social and psychological. Ultimately, all the above taken together gives the positive result in physical and motor fitness of cadets with limited physical abilities for successful socialization in the future. These problems relate to new state standard on physical training.

Introduction. Low back pain is a growing condition both in terms of sampling and incidence, reaching to affect any of us at some point. Material and method. In order to write the article, four international libraries were used, where search criteria were used such as: "low back pain", "low back pain incidence" and "low back pain treatment". The articles used in this paper were carefully selected according to their relevance for this study, but only considered articles published in 2020. Results and discussions. The obtained results indicated that both physical therapy and physiotherapy have beneficial effects in ameliorating the symptoms generated by low back pain, but due to the lack of an optimal protocol patients turn to alternative therapies that have shown greater efficacy than physical therapy in amelioration. symptoms generated by low back pain. Conclusions. The lack of an optimal physiotherapeutic treatment protocol causes patients to turn to alternative therapies that are more effective, as well as a lower cost per treatment.
