This research is aimed at describing the application of Journalistic Code of Ethics on news writing related to Ahok in Governor Election of 2017 published by Kompas. The method used is content analysis as in qualitative approach, then the data analysis technique used is a filling system by making the categories based on the Articles 3, 4 and 8 of Journalistic Code of Ethics to classify the obtained data. Results of the study showed that during July to August 2016 Kompas published 4 (four) news articles and applied almost all of the Articles which are the Article 3 paragraph (b), (c), (d), Article 4 paragraph (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and Article 8 paragraph (a), (b) on its news articles. Only 1 (one) news article which did not apply the Article 3 paragraph (a) about clarifying information.Key words: Journalistic code of ethics, news articles, governor election
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu muatan dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, sebagaimana tertuang dalam Pasal 20 UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, serta Pasal 45 UU Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Pendidikan Tinggi. Fokus kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat program studi Penerbitan (Jurnalistik) Politeknik Negeri Jakarta tahun 2016 yaitu membantu mempromosikan atau menguatkan publikasi Situ Pengasinan yang terletak di Kampung Poncol, Kelurahan Pengasingan, Kecamatan Sawangan, Kota Depok. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan pihak sasaran yaitu aktivis FKH Pengasinan, setelah sebelumnya beraudiensi dengan Dinas KLH dan Disbudpar Kota Depok.Tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan aktivis FKH Pengasinan dalam rangka melakukan publikasi pariwisata Situ Pengasinan, sebab selama ini belum ditemukan situs website yang khusus menyiarkan dan menyebarluaskan informasi tentang pariwisata dan tentu juga pengelolaan lingkungannya pada situ ini. Adapun dampak jangka panjang (outcome) yang diharapkan antara lain untuk dilakukannya perbaikan dan pengembangan Situ Pengasinan ke depan sebagai lokasi pariwisata air.
ABSTRAK Perjanjian pengadaan adalah perjanjian dimana pihak memegang pekerjaan untuk pihak tertentu yang diterima. Dalam prakteknya, perjanjian untuk pengadaan barang dan jasa dari pemasok sebagai penyedia penyelesaian tepat waktu dan bekerja sesuai dengan janji yang terkandung dalam dokumen. Selain itu,penyedia layanan wajib merumuskan kontrak yang diajukan oleh pengguna pendekatan akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan empiris untuk yuridis. Dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa menjadi penyedia layanan tetap bertanggung jawab atas semua konsekuensi yang timbul dari pekerjaan subkontrak, dan apabila terbukti dalam pelaksanaan penyedia jasa tenaga kerja, tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan atau keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian penyedia layanan akan dikenakan sanksi sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang telah ditetapkan. A customer’s-satisfaction-oriented service quality and some approaches towards potentially good candidates have to be applied by projecting a positive institutional image. A strategy which focusing on service quality (intangible, reability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy) not only is very important but also will affect on loyalty. This research is expected to describe, explain, and also provide input for both polytechnics’ management so that they repair some parameters which is considered dissatisfying by some many students (negative result), for example: employees serving students friendly and politely, alacrity in serving, completing educational and practical facilities, providing transportation leading to campuss, and also good communication between academicians and students. Key words: good image, satisfaction, loyality, polytechnic. __________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus pengaruh citra institusi dan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap loyalitas PNJ dan Polban. Metoda yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, yaitu mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan peristiwa dan kejadian yang ada sekarang berdasarkan teori dan angka-angka, gabungan antara data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berupa data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yakni mahasiswa PNJ dan mahasiswa POLBAN semester IV dari setiap jurusan dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data internal kedua politeknik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi gambaran serta masukan kepada pihak manajemen kedua politeknik untuk segera melakukan pebaikan pada faktor-faktor yang dianggap kurang memuaskan mahasiswa (hasil negatif), seperti pelayanan, melengkapi fasilitas praktek, menyediakan alat transportasi untuk memudahkan mahasiswa menuju kampus, serta komunikasi yang baik antar civitas akademi dengan mahasiswa. In line with the growth of digital technology, according to Nielsen's survey (2020), 67 percent of netizen listening to music or radio through sharing platforms of social media such as YouTube and Dailymotion. However, the existence of analog based commercial radio remains unchanged. Nielsen's survey finds the tendency of the millennial generation to listen to the radio increased, especially during weekend. To prove the Nielsen’ finding, this article tries to uncover the strategy of private radio in attracting their listeners by offering network system in their broadcasting service. By using qualitative methods, this study compares the characteristics of the networked radio stations, namely KBR radio and Etnikom radio network, and their endeavor to maintain the network. The research shows that KBR is more focused on news network, while Etnikom is more tended to the ownership network. However, those radios show the uniqueness of innovation during the era of the current media competition. Keywords: broadcasting program, KBR and Etnikom, networking, private radio.
