The purpose of this study was to analyze influence self efficacy and learning motivation to learning outcomr. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 with likert scale,. The respondents are students of Vocational High School in Kabupaten Bandung Barat . Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the study revealed self efficacy and motivation learning both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward influenced students’ learning outcomes. Thus students’ learning outcomes can be improved through increased self efficacy and learning  motivation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor rentang 1 sampai 5 model Likert. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru sebagai determinan terhadap minat belajar siswa yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang memuaskannya nilai pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa serta masih banyaknya siswa yang tidak hadir tanpa keterangan. Kajian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan data yang diambil menggunakan metode survey, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar pada 54 responden yaitu siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di salah satu SMK di Kota Bandung. Model angket yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kompetensi profesional guru dan minat belajar siswa dikategorikan sedang dan hasil kajian dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru adalah faktor determinan dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: kompetensi profesional guru, minat belajar siswa TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AS DETERMINANT OF STUDENT LEARNING INTERESTThis study aims to determine teachers professional competence as a determinant of  student interest in learning and motivated by the lack of satisfying student scores of knowledge and skills, and there are many students who are absent without explanation. This study used simple linear regression test as analysis technique with data taken by using survey method, while data collection technique using a questionnaire that was distributed to 54 respondents are students of class X Office Administration Program in one of Bandung Vocational School. Questionnaire model that used in this study is a likert scale model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan angket (kuesioner) dengan model skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan responden adalah siswa salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Cimahi sebanyak 264 orang didapat dari teknik pengambilan sampel jenis sampel acak sederhana (random sampling). Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Adapun pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa sebesar 21,85%. Dengan demikian kemandirian belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kecerdasan emosional.Kata Kunci: kecerdasan emosional, kemandirian belajarTHE ROLE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AS A FACTOR IN  AFFECTING STUDENT INDEPENDENCE LEARNINGThe purpose of this study was to analyze influence emotional intelligence to independent learning. The analysis technique was simple regression. The result of the study revealed that emotional intelligence has a positive effect and it has significant impact on student learning independence. The contribution of emotional intelligence to independent learning were students is 21,85%. This research is motivated by low level of competency skill of Office Administration skill by learner on Office Administration. The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the effectiveness of the implementation of industrial work programs, obtain a description of the level of control of the competence of office administration expertise by learners, and to determine whether there is influence from the effectiveness of the implementation of industrial work programs to mastering the competence of administrative office skills by participants educate. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research method used is explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires. Members of the sample are 58 learners who have implemented prakerin program on Office Administration. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression test. Based on the results of research, obtained information that the implementation of industrial work programs in the category of very effective and control of the competence of office administration by students are in the high category. In addition, the results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant influence between the effectiveness of prakerin implementation to the mastery of the competence of office administration expertise by the learners of 17.78% in the Office Administration. Based on the results of the research, the authors suggest that the parties involved in the implementation of prakerin maintain and or improve the effectiveness of prakerin implementation in order to improve the mastery of the competence of administrative skills of the Office by the learners, especially in the supervision and guidance by the school / industry supervisor / mentor to the participants educated during prakerin implementation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya tingkat penguasaan kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran oleh peserta didik pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai efektivitas pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri, memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat penguasaan kompetensi keahlian administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik, dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari efektivitas pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri terhadap penguasaan kompetensi keahlian administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Anggota sampel yaitu 58 peserta didik yang sudah melaksanakan program prakerin pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi bahwa pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri berada pada kategori sangat efektif dan penguasaan kompetensi administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi. Selain itu, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara efektivitas pelaksanaan prakerin terhadap penguasaan kompetensi keahlian administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik sebesar 17,78% pada pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka sarannya adalah  agar pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan prakerin mempertahankan dan atau meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan prakerin guna meningkatkan penguasaan kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran oleh peserta didik terutama dalam aspek pengawasan dan bimbingan oleh tenaga/pembimbing dari pihak sekolah dan industri terhadap peserta didik selama pelaksanaan prakerin.
