Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Teknik penggalian data dengan metode metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan riset adalah guru PAI dari kelas X, XI, dan XII. Selain itu informan lainnya adalah kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum. Riset dilaksanakan selama dua bulan selama kegiatan PLP di lokasi riset. Hasil penelitian adalah, bahwa (1)perencanaan pembelajaraan dibuat dengan model pembelajaran online, dan terdapat dua jenis perencanaan, yaitu, bentuk dokumen dan bentuk non-dokumen, (2)pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI di SMK Ma’arif 1 Kebumen menggunakan model blended learning, (3)kendala yang muncul dan solusi terjadi dan terbagi dalam dua bagian, yaitu, dari pendidik dan peserta didik.
This article is the result of lecturer-student collaborative research in curricular activities of the Professional Training Program (PLP)/Internship I on S1 Islamic Education Management Study Program. The research objective is to find out the management of education in schools. The formulation of the problem is (1)how is the management of education in 4 fields in SMK Maarif 1 Kebumen in 4 fields of education management ?, and (2)what are the obstacles and obstacles in their implementation, and what is the solution? It is a qualitative research with data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Its informants are the Principal of SMK Maarif 1 Kebumen, the Deputy Head of SMK Maarif 1 Kebumen, and a number of people related to the research topic. Research analysis using the SWOT analysis model. The research was conducted in July-August 2019. The results of the research are: (1)Management of Curriculum and Learning at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen is in accordance with BSNP standards, (2)Management of Students at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen is of good quality with proven evidence of increasing participants students who have carved achievements in both academic and non-academic fields, (3)Management of Educators and Education Personnel at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen is sufficient with indicators of educators and education staff who are already competent and certified in their fields, and they also prove their abilities by making them Student achievement and ethics, (4)Management of Industrial Relations and Public Relations at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen is already good with the proven number of students who are absorbed by the business world and industry (DUDI).
This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the management of the boarding school in the formation of attitudes of self-reliance of students in the Boarding school Ell-Futhah Bulupayung, start from planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the program. This study is a field research with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis uses interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Examination of the validity of data persistence observation, and triangulation methods. The results showed that the management of education in the program of formation of the attitude of self-reliance of students in the Boarding school Ell-Futhah Bulupayung conducted with four stages, namely (1) Planning already existed before independence programs were implemented such as the procurement of meeting, selection of program self-reliance, and other. The planning stage includes: planning the curriculum, teaching materials, personnel, facilities and infrastructure, as well as program planning; (2) The Organization implemented with the involvement of the elements of boarding schools such as the chaplain, coach, instructor and all elements to help organizing the program of the independence of the students has been running well although there are still lack of human resources because the division of tasks is still stacked and the number of students who follow the activities of the skills in the boarding school; (3) The Implementation of the program was implemented with several stages in which carry out teaching and learning activities, organizational activities of the compulsory routine of the boarding school, individual activities of students day-to-day, activity support, and rules of discipline of the lodge; (4) Supervision and evaluation of the program, caretakers and administrators along with the community participated in evaluating such activities. If there is a weakness, then it will be given input for improvement in the future. This paper aims to determine the extent of the role of political parties in the management of budget decisions, especially budgets in the education sector. This paper is qualitative in nature by conducting studies and analysis of relevant laws and regulations, as well as juxtaposing them with a number of relevant scientific writings. The results show that the position and role of political parties is very significant in the management process of determining the budget.
This research-based article is motivated by the importance of knowing the efforts to manage life skill education for children with special needs (ABK). The research aims to identify, describe, and analyze the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation in the management of life skill education for children with special needs (ABK). The research location is at the State Special School (SLB Negeri) Tamanwinangun Kebumen. In particular, the research paper is focused on the SMALB Class for the deaf in sewing practice. The research is qualitative. Data collection was taken by the method of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Analysis of the validity of the data is done by triangulation technique. The result of the research is that the educational process is oriented towards the development of personal, social, academic, and vocational skills. Management of life skill education at SLB Negeri Tamanwinangun is carried out through a process of planning, implementation, evaluation, and at the same time improvement whose cycles coincide. Recommendations, sewing practice activities need more time, and more practice facilities are needed, and the involvement of parents of students needs to be maximized.
