This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on teacher performance with work environment and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents, namely teachers who teach at Senior High Schools in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that the organizational culture and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work environment and job satisfaction of senior high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, found organizational culture, leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, it was found that work environment variables and job satisfaction mediate fully the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Based on the results of these studies it is expected that the leaders or principals in Dewantara Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency be able to give attention and priority in institutionalizing organizational culture and creating a conducive work environment to improve job satisfaction and teacher performance. This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, and the work environment on organizational commitment of Malikussaleh University with job satisfaction as intervening variable. This research is Quantitative research. The instrument of data collection is using questioner. Determination of respondents using Census techniques. Census is a sample determination technique that takes the entire population into samples. The population in this study was 158 employees at the University of Malikussaleh. The sample in this study that can be used amounted to 153 people while others are not in return. Data analysis using SPSS with path analysis and test sobel. The results of data analysis obtained work discipline, and work environment organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction Malikussaleh University employees. This study examines the dimensions of Collaborative Governance in minimizing the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model. The results showed that: 1) Collaborative Governance like Minimizing the Covid-19 Pandemic has not been fully implemented. 2) lack of community participation in health protocols. 3) violation of commitments. 4) the obstacle to minimizing the Covid-19 pandemic is in the factor of collaboration between the government and the private sector and the public which has not been open to the public.
The Province of Aceh has a robust legal basis and umbrella in implementing an education system based on Islamic values following the mandate of Law No. 11 of 2006 and is described in the provincial and district qanuns of North Aceh. Implementing the special autonomy policy in education gives the Aceh Provincial government the flexibility to develop creative and innovative Islamic-based programs following the characteristics of Aceh's privileges. This study aims to analyze the formulation of Islamic values-based curriculum education policies in primary education and the collaborative actors involved in forming Islamic values-based educational curriculum policies. The research was used the descriptive qualitative method. The informants were determined by purposive sampling. The study found no synergy of cross-actor in collaborative governance in the formulation of Islamic values-based Aceh education curriculum policies. Thus, the implementation of education programs based on Islamic values was interpreted and meant differently among agencies. In addition, the National Curriculum strongly dominated the implementation of Aceh education in primary education, while local policies on Islamic values were few. Therefore, the policies of providing education do not reflect the specificity of Aceh's privileges. Besides that, the Islamic-based education policy program was not explained in a more detailed derivative policy.
Based on Constitution no. 25 of 2009 concerning public services are all forms of activities in a series of fulfilling service needs for every citizen, both goods, services, and administrative services provided by public services. In the implementation of public services, there are still problems that cause people's lack of satisfaction, as is the case in the management of KTP-el which until now cannot be applied according to the specified procedure. This study aims to determine the quality of service in making KTP-el in Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with nine informants in the study with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of research on the quality of service in making KTP-el in Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara seen from the (tangible) it is quite good in service facilities and infrastructure to the community, the (reliability) is good in providing services to the community, although training is needed for the community. officers to improve skills, the dimension of assurance (guarantee) is not good in the timeliness of issuing KTP-el to the public, empathy (empathy) in service there are still discriminatory services (discrimination) to the community. It is hoped that The quality of service for making KTP-el in North Padang Lawas Regency can be further improved to create satisfying services for the community.
