This study aims to examine market reaction to the announcement of female CEOs appointment at companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the period 2010-2018. The first test uses event study analysis through t-tests using the one-sample t-test method. It was found that the market reacts negatively to the announcement of the appointment of a female CEO. Moreover, further tests are carried out to determine the factors which influenced the negative reactions, such as the characteristics of the female CEOs themselves coupled with the characteristics of the company as the control variable. The results of the regression analysis show that the characteristics of female CEOs in the form of family relations with the board of commissioners have a negative effect on market reaction. While other characteristics such as age and education of the female CEOs do not affect the market reaction. Other additional information shows that company size also has a negative effect to market reaction. Things that need to be considered by companies when they want to appoint a woman as CEO is if the candidate for CEO has a family relationship with the board of commissioners. The size of the company also needs to be considered. The bigger the size of the company, the presence of a female CEO is also increasingly in doubt because it is considered to interfere with the company's existing operations and strategy.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh e-commerce dan inovasi terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli sebagai variabel mediasi pada produk Wardah pada Mahasisiwi. Jenis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Univrersitas Palangka Raya angkatan 2019 – 2022 yang terdaftar pada semester ganjul sebanyak 1923 orang. Perhitungan jumlah sampel menggunakan purposive sampling accidental/incidental dengan rumus Ferdinand sehingga diperoleeh sampel sebanyak 105 responden. Untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dari paket software statistik SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa e-commerce, inovasi dan minat beli secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, e-commerce berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, e-commerce berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli, inovasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian, inovasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap terhadap minat beli dan minat beli tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Wardah pada Mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Palangka Raya.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the hybrid learning method (hybrid method) in economic and business statistics courses. The research method uses a mixed method between a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach using primary data. The data were tested using one of the different test analyzes, namely the Paired-Samples T Test. The findings indicate that an effective hybrid method is used for classes of economic statistics and business. Students prefer to use the IK method combined with the TMa (virtual face) method because they can understand the material quickly and the method is very similar to conventional methods. The theoretical implication of this research is that the hybrid method is better used for online learning methods than the IK method. Meanwhile, the practical implication in this study is that teachers can use the hybrid method for mathematics-based and calculation-based courses because the results of the study show that computation-based statistics courses can be effectively implemented using the hybrid method.
Pengabdian ini dilakukan kepada beberapa pelaku UKM yang berlokasi di Sentral Kuliner Kota Palangka Raya yang dilatarbelakangi hasil wawancara awal yang dilakukan mendapatkan gambaran ada beberapa masalah yang dihadapi UKM: 1). Belum pernah mendapatkan pembelajaran tentang bagaimana membuat pembukuan sederhana; 2). Belum pernah mendapatkan pembelajaran tentang bagaimana melakukan pengelolaan keuangan yg praktis; 3). Sebagian besar pelaku UKM belum mengerti apa yang dimaksud dengan etika bisnis. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan seminar dan pelatihan serta pendampingan untuk membukukan transaksi keuangannya secara sederhana serta mengelola keuangan. Hasil pengabdian ini:1). Pelaku UKM mampu memahami konsep pembukuan sederhana, pengelolaan keuangan serta etika bisnis; 2). Membuat pembukuan sederhana atas transaksi keuangan; 3). Mampu mengelola keuangan; 4). Memberikan pemahaman untuk tidak menjalankan kegiatan usaha yg melanggar etika bisnis. Implikasi pengabdian ini adalah pelaku UKM mampu meningkatkan usahanya serta tidak mengalami kesulitan keuangan dengan menerapkan pembukuan sederhana, mengelola keuangan serta menjalankan usahanya dengan aman.
