ABSTRAKPenulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha jangka pendek di PT. Starfood International. Penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif dan hasilnya disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa rumus diantaranya adalah biaya produksi, keuntungan, RC Ratio dan BEP (Break Event Point). Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2018 hingga Desember 2018. Data yang diambil adalah data keuangan 5 tahun terakhir, dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : a). keuntungan yang didapatkan PT. Starfood International paling rendah berada pada tahun 2013 sebesar Rp. 21.012.874.019 dan keuntungan paling tinggi didapatkan pada tahun 2017 sebesar Rp. 27.088.623.829. b) Hasil perhitungan R/C Ratio yang didapatkan oleh PT. Starfood International selama 5 tahun memiliki nilai lebih dari 1. c) Penerimaan yang diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai BEP (Break Event Point). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha PT. Starfood International mengalami keuntungan dan layak untuk di usahakan Dengan demikian ekspor perikanan memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan sebuah usaha. ABSTRACTThis researh aims to determine the short-term business feasibility at PT. Starfood International. This study was analyzed descriptively and the results were presented in table form. Data analysis in this study uses several formulas including production costs, profits, RC Ratio and BEP (Break Event Point). Data retrieval is carried out in July 2018 until December 2018. Data taken is financial data for the last 5 years, from 2013 to 2017. The results of this study indicate that: a). the benefits obtained by PT. The lowest Starfood International in 2013 was Rp. 21,012,874,019 and the highest profits obtained in 2017 amounted to Rp. 27,088,623,829. b) The results of the calculation of the R / C Ratio obtained by PT. Starfood International for 5 years has a value of more than 1. c) Receipt obtained is greater than the value of BEP (Break Event Point). This shows that the business of PT. Starfood International experiences profits and worthy of effort. Thus fisheries exports have the potential to become a business.
A community-based institutional building of syariah cooperatives requires information and communication technology. This has led to a block chain approach that benefit from the industrial revolution 4.0. The institutional concept that was developed 60 years ago by JE. Eaton (1972) is very relevant in this context. In this study, we employ a qualitative method with descriptive research. Our findings shows that community response to knowledge and awareness for adopting syariah cooperative is satisfactorily good as indicated by the establishment of a syariah pra-cooperative named "Nurus Shobah" in 2019. The output performance is effective : the number of members increased up to 34%, while the quality of sirkah is 98%. Hampering factors are delayed adoption of block chain approach due to lack of exposition to members, underperforming of software, and administration is still manually carried out. A supportive factor exists in which functionally, the cooperative has been partnering with neighbouring university through a supervision program. We therefore conclude that the institutional building of syariah cooperative in Bulak, Surabaya has not been fully implemented. A block chain approach is to be soon adopted to support the cooperative
Pengelolaan potensi perikanan di pantai pesisir pantai timur Surabaya(studi kasus di Kecamatan Sukolilo, Mulyorejo, Kenjeran, dan Bulak). Keberhasilan pembangunan dan pengembangan usaha perikanan dan kelautan tergantung peran serta nelayan, pemerintah dan pengusaha, peran sinergis dari ketiga komponen tersebut diharapkan lebih meningkatkan pembangunan serta berjalan sesuai lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian mengumpulkan basis data potensi perikanan dan sumberdaya pendukungnya dan mengevaluasi hambatan usaha perikanan yang berkaitan dengan komoditas, fasilitas dan teknologi (teknis, sosial, dan ekonomi). Metoda survey dengan teknik wawancara terstruktur yaitu dengan menggunakan panduan pertanyaan (kuesioner) dan pengamatan langsung secara alami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Potensi daya tarik wisata Kenjeran dapat dikembangkan secara terpadu dengan revitalisasi kampung nelayan Kenjeran menjadi kampung wisata yang memiliki ciri khas pesisir Kenjeran, pengembangan tempat penjemuran ikan olahan untuk masyarakat nelayan Kenjeran menjadikan obyek wisata pantai dan produk olahan hasil laut kampung nelayan dan obyek wisata unggulan dan peningkatan pengetahuan dan peran serta masyarakat kampung nelayan Kenjeran di bidang kepariwisataan.
