This study aims to determine and analyze whether financial literacy and financial inclusion affect the performance of small businesses in Makassar. Collecting data using primary data obtained from questionnaires using a simple random sampling technique. The population is 305 SMEs in the city of Makassar, Mamajang district, while the sample taken is 75 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability. The classical assumption has also been tested in the form of the normality assumption. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on the performance of small businesses in Makassar, while financial inclusion had a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of small businesses in MakassarKeywords: financial literacy, financial inclusion, business performance
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style (X) consisting of supportive leadership (X1), directive leadership (X2), participative leadership (X3) both simultaneously and partially on employee performance (Y) at Departement of Education and Culture of Makassar City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The nature of this research is explanatory research. The population in this study were employees on the Departement of Education and Culture of Makassar City, totaling 58 civil servants. The reason was that the number of civil servants was small so the entire population was sampled in this study (census). Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The results showed that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance. Partially supportive (X1) and participatory (X3) leadership style variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while directive leadership style (X2) has no significant effect on Departement of Education and Culture of Makassar City.
One of the large real time data storage sectors is in the marketing sector in the form of sales transactions, prices, and availability of goods stored in databases in certain supermarkets.The amount of supermarkets with the digital cash register system allow storing sales transaction data. Therefore this research aims to designed an application that contains two statistical analysis methods, namely Market Basket Analysis and Sales Forecasting using shiny dashboard package in Market Basket Analysis Menu shows various features that can facilitate businessactors in optimizing product layout in a store shelves i.e. summary products, rules table, scatter plot, graph, matrix and grouphed, and Parallel coordinats. While the sales forecasting menu shows various features i.e. a description of the number of stock items, the number of items sold, capital, profit, the highest frequency of goods sold, and the value of parameter predictions for the next periods.
This study aims to prove the influence of online consumer reviews and influencers on product purchase decisions in the Shopee Marketplace. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Palembang people aged 15 until 25 years who have made product purchase transactions in the Shopee Marketplace was used as sample of this research. The data source used is primary data, data collection in this study using survey techniques by distributing questionnaires. The method of measuring the questionnaire in this study uses a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the test results, multiple linear regression analysis proves that the first hypothesis, that is, Online Consumer Review has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the Shopee Marketplace with significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. As for the second hypothesis, namely Influencers have an effect on purchasing decisions in the Shopee Marketplace is rejected, with significant value of 0.221> 0.05. The novelty element of this research is the importance of influencers to reveal truthful information related to products being sold to build consumer trust, which has not been stated by other researchers.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membutktikan adanya pengaruh online consumer review dan influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di Marketplace Shopee. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah masyarakat Palembang dengan usia 15 s.d. 25 tahun yang sudah pernah melakukan transaksi pembelian produk di Marketplace Shopee. Sumber data yang digunkan adalah data primer, pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik survei dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Metode pengukuran kuesioner pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert 5 poin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kualitas data, Uji asumsi klasik, Analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil uji analisis regresi linier berganda membuktikan untuk hipotesis pertama yaitu Online Consumer Review berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Marketplace Shopee diterima. Dibutktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan untuk hipotesis kedua yaitu Influencer berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Marketplace Shopee ditolak. Dibutktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,221 > 0,05. Unsur kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya influencer mengungkapkan informasi kebenaran terkait produk yang dijual untuk membangun kepercayaan konsumen, yang belum dinyatakan oleh peneliti lainnya.
Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan mengolah data statistik menggunakan software R Studio. R Studio merupakan software Statistika yang populer, lengkap, dan berlisensi gratis sehingga peneliti dapat terhindar dari tuntutan hukum saat mengolah dan menganalisis data. Software ini memiliki visualisasi grafik yang lebih canggih dibandingkan software statistika lainnya. Selain itu, R Studio juga dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi berbasis desktop maupun website. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi langsung dipraktekkan oleh peserta, serta tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang manfaat statistika dalam olah data, teori dasar statistik, dan pengenalan software. Demonstrasi digunakan untuk memberikan keterampilan langsung mengenai teknik-teknik olah data dengan berbagai kasus penelitian. Tanya jawab digunakan untuk melengkapi hal-hal yang belum terakomodasi oleh kedua metode di atas. Pelatihan ini melibatkan seluruh tingkat akademisi Kota Makassar yang terdiri dari Dosen, Peneliti, Karyawan, dan Mahasiswa. Hasil pelatihan olah data statistik dapat dinyatakan berhasil. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari: (1) Kehadiran peserta sesuai dengan terget yaitu 82% (82 dari 100 Peseerta) (2) Hasil pelatihan dinyatakan sangat baik yang ditandai dengan banyaknya peserta yang paham dan beberapa dosen mengajak kerjasama untuk melakukan pelatihan di instansinya (3) Peserta sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan yang dilihat dari keseriusan mengikuti pelatihan dan banyaknya peserta yang melakukan konsultasi setelah pelatihan.
