The athletes performance will be excellent with the support of healthy mind. Psychological state such as anxiety must be lessened to achieve the desired performance. Several previous studies suggest that anxiety is closely related to self-efficacy. Positive self-efficacy helps the athletes in controlling their anxiety. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety before the match. The research involves 44 female futsal athletes of Sebelas Maret University in Surakarta. To measure the variables in this study, the anxiety scale before the match (reliability = 0.927) and self-efficacy scale (reliability = 0.859) are used. Hypothesis test result of r = -0.334 shows that there is a negative and significant relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety before the match, which means the lower self-efficacy, the higher athletes’ anxiety before the match (P = 0.023; p <0.05). This research is limited to female futsal athletes. Further studies are expected to involve male athletes and other sports.
Introduction: Inflammation plays a vital role in the pathophysiology of COVID-19. Complete blood count (CBC) is a routine test performed on patients. It provides information regarding the inflammatory process and can be used as a predictor of outcome. This study aimed to explore the correlation between different complete blood count (CBC)-derived inflammation indexes at hospital admission, such as neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR), derived NLR (dNLR), platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR), monocyte to lymphocyte ratio (MLR), neutrophil to lymphocyte × platelet ratio (NLPR), aggregate index of systemic inflammation (AISI), systemic inflammation response index (SIRI), and systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), to in-hospital mortality in confirmed COVID-19 patients. Methodology: A retrospective observational study was performed at Ulin Referral Hospital of South Kalimantan with 445 COVID-19 patients from April to November 2020. The patients were divided into two groups, non-survivor and survivor. A receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to determine the cut-off values. Bivariate analysis was performed using the Chi Square test, the risk ratio was calculated, and logistics regression was determined. Results: Increase of NLR, dNLR, PLR, MLR, NLPR, MLR, AISI, SIRI, and SII from cut-off values were significantly correlated with patient survival outcome. The cut off values were 6.90, 4.10, 295, 0.42, 0.037, 1,422, 1.80, and 2,504 respectively. NLPR was dominant in predicting in-hospital mortality (OR: 6.668, p = 0.000) with a 28.1% sensitivity and 95.9% specificity. Conclusions: CBC-derived inflammation indexes were associated with the survival outcome of confirmed COVID-19 patients and NLPR was a dominant variable.

Several studies have found a correlation between servant leadership and work engagement, but a more in-depth study is still needed to analyze the relationship between the two in different research subjects, namely, honorary employees. This study aims to determine the relationship between servant leadership and work engagement among honorary employees. All respondents consist of 72 honorary employees selected using the total sample technique. The instruments used are the Utrecht Work Engagement Survey (UWES) and the Servant Leadership Scale. The results of the Spearman rank correlation test in this study show a correlation coefficient value of 0.559 (p < 0.05), which can be interpreted as a significant positive relationship between servant leadership and work engagement among honorary employees.

Modern life's pressure makes people experience emotional distress. However, this can be faced by the followers of the Syattariyah Order through the teachings that aim to achieve the insanul kamil's condition. This study aims to describe the emotional regulation of followers of the Tarekat Syattariyah. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological study design. The subjects were selected using a purposive sampling technique. There are two subjects who are followers of the Syattariyah Order, namely BW (55 years) and WM (53 years). Data collection methods used are curriculum vitae, interviews, and observations. Data analysis used interpretive phenomenological analysis method. The subject's emotional regulation process focuses on the stages of attention deployment and Cognitive Change. In attention deployment stages, subjects uses the strategy of heart rhythm's observing which accompanied by remembrance. Therefore, in the Cognitive Change stage, the Syattariyah's follower congregation use an intuitive or affirmative reassessment strategy. In the Response Modulation stage, the subject uses an expressive suppression strategy or physical activity. Emotional awareness and religiosity supported by Sufism are the biggest factors that influence the emotion regulation process of tarekat followers. Through this process, the emotional regulation of the followers runs adaptively.
The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the music used as social-emotional therapy for mentally retarded children at YPAC Semarang and its application. This research uses a qualitative approach.Technique of data collection through observation, interview and documentation. The validity of the data was checked by triangulation, data sources, adequacy of references, and extension of participation. Data analysis was carried out using an interactive data analysis model which was taken through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results showed that the music used as a medium for emotional social therapy was divided into two, namely music whose sound source came from the body and music whose sound source came from musical instruments. Both are divided into pitchless music and pitched music. The application of music as a medium of emotional social therapy is carried out through several stages, namely, In the first therapeutic process, students are not directly given material about music. The next stage of therapy refers to the psychomotor domain, and the next stage, after the students are considered capable, teacher begins to teach simple musical instruments to students.
