Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Locus of Control terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Etika Kerja Islam sebagai variabel Moderasi (Studi pada Karyawan Bank Aceh Syariah Kota Lhokseumawe). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang bersumber dari 128 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Etika Kerja Islam sebagai variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini mampu memoderasi dengan baik pengaruh antara locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tipe quasi moderasi.
This study discusses the expansion of the candidate for the New Autonomous Region of Panton Labu City, originating from the wishes of the people in the five sub-districts in the eastern tip of North Aceh Regency. This expansion occurred because the community felt that development in the area did not receive enough attention from the Government and was very lagging behind in the development of health, infrastructure, education, culture, and even public policy. In addition, the area is very far from the central Government, and the distance to the area takes a lot of time. The formulation of the problem in this study was the cause of the expansion in Panton Labu City and the political orientation of the expansion of the Candidate for the New Autonomous Region of Panton Labu City. The purpose of the study was to identify the problems that caused the expansion of Panton Labu City and determine the political orientation of the expansion of the New Autonomous Region of Panton Labu City. This expansion occurred because the community of five sub-districts in the eastern tip of North Aceh Regency saw a lack of attention from the Central Government in development (education, infrastructure, health services, and public services) and culture compared to the existing regions in the Central Government area of North Aceh Regency. Second, the political orientation of the expansion of Panton Labu City was only to improve the welfare of the people in the region to be more advanced. However, some move to politics because the expansion committee members were not only from ordinary people but also from the political elites. Data collection techniques used were interviews, Documentation, and data analysis. The results showed that the political orientation of the expansion of the Panton Labu City CDOB had two aspects, namely purely for the realization of public welfare and the opportunity to gain power in government by politicians from Panton Labu. The expansions formation and mechanism were determined at the ratification of Panton Labu City by the Ministry of Home Affairs. The obstacle of the expansion for the Panton Labu City CDOB area was due to differences in Political Orientation in the regional expansion realization.
Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik memperoleh data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data ditempuh melalui koleksi data, mereduksi data, penyajian data dan mengambil kesimpulan (verifikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Negara Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Nomor 11 Tahun 2011 Tentang Pengembangan Kota Layak Anak sudah dilaksnakan di Kota Lhokseumawe, namun belum terwujud secara efektif, karena masih terdapat hambatan, sehingga masih memerlulan perbaikan dan peningkatan. Hambatanya adalah belum ada kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe tentang pemberian akte gratis bagi anak, belum ada ruang publik bagi anak dan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat. Upaya yang dilakuikan adalah agar Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe segera mengeluarkan kebijakan tentang pemberian akte gratis bagi anak, membangun ruang publik bagi anak. Upaya lain agar Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe melakukan soialisasi tentang Kota Layak Anak, sehingga menambah pemahaman masyarakat, sehingga dapat memberikan partisipasi aktif
The process of administrative services is also less obtained by the community today due to a lack of understanding of technical services by the apparatus in gampong government offices. Service patterns that have not been well organized coupled with the unsanciplined service pattern add dull to the face of service in Gampong Jrat Manyang. This service presents several problem points that arise from partners, namely Gampong Administrative Services that have not been efficient so that basic training of administrative services is needed.. The method of implementation of pre-implementation of activities requires observation of the location of the devotion so that the criteria are obtained that become the basis of community assessment of services such as Tangible. The results showed the core apparatus was very large reaching 60 percent of the total 100 percent. So this percentage shows the interest of gampong government administrators Keude Jrat Manyang as trainees and they are aware that the administrative services carried out so far from efficient.
