Kepulauan Riau merupakan wilayah Negara Indonesia yang terletak pada segitiga emas perekonomian dunia, serta berada pada wilayah Zona Ekonomi Ekslusif (ZEE), keberadaan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau sangat strategis dalam meningkatkan potensi lokal khususnya sektor ekonomi. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara dengan beraneka ragam suku serta adat istiadat yang mana menghasilkan kebudayaan yang beragam. Kebudayaan menjadi hal yang tidak bisa terpisahkan dalam sebuah kelompok masyarakat. Kebudayaan menjadi identitas dalam kelompok masyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan kebudayaan tercipta karena adanya  proses dari kebiasaan dan pola hidup masyarakat itu sendiri. Bagaimana kebiasaan yang sering dilakukan oleh masyarakat dalam  jangka waktu panjang akan menjadi sesuatu yang tidak terpisahkan dari sebuah kelompok masyarakat. Inilah yang nantinya akan menjadi kebudayaan masyarakat. Kebudayaan ini juga yang menjadi pembeda antara satu kelompok masyarakat dengan kelompok masyarakat lainnya, karena kebiasaan hidup masyarakat yang berbeda-beda inilah yang menjadikan kebudayaan yang dihasilkan juga berbeda-beda. Kebudayaan ini juga yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari masyarakat melayu provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Kebudayaan suku melayu ini yang identitas dari provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Kebudayaan melayu tidak hanya terdiri atas satu jenis kebudayaan saja, akan tetapi kebudayaan melayu meliki beraneka ragam budaya lainnya, antara lain, tarian, rumah adat, alat musik, kerajinan dan lain-lain. Salah satu kebudayaan yang ada dan turun temurun hingga saat ini adalah kebudayaan  kerajinan masyarakat melayu. Adapun contoh kerajinan masyarakat suku melayu yaitu berupa tudung manto, tudung batik, gasing, tanjak dan masih banyak contoh lainnya. Namun kerajinan dari kebudayaan melayu ini diharapkan dapat merambah pasar ekspor melalu digital exsport sehingga dapat membantu meningkatan pendapatan dan devisa Negara. Dengan metode deskriptif dan kualitatif, berdasarkan peristiwa yang terjadi dan analisis atas peristiwa tersebut maka akan menghasilkan metode yang tepat mengenai penelitian ini.

Human resources have a major role in an organization or company. All aspects related to human resources in the end also affect performance, especially in relation to employee performance, in this study the authors focus on Employee Compensation and Performance. This study aims to determine empirically the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Jaya Abadi Cooperative. This study uses a population and a sample of 30 employees as respondents. The data collection technique used an online questionnaire with a google form that was sent to the respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained indicate a real and significant effect of compensation variables on employee performance.

This research discusses the role of BP Batam in developing investment value through promotional activities. Promotional activities carried out are a form of Public Diplomacy. Public Diplomacy is a form of the practice of introducing and marketing a resource to achieve the objectives of the National interest.
