This research is to know the influence of job satisfaction and job environment toward turnover intention level. The object of this research is employees or employees who work in construction engineering services and services company in Jakarta. This research was conducted on 66 respondents by using descriptive approach quantitative. Therefore, the data analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of this research shows that job satisfaction variable give negative and significant influence to turnover intention. The job environment has a negative and significant impact on the turnover intention of construction engineering and services company in Jakarta. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t test) which shows the value of the syndication of independent variables.
This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of situational leadership style, organizational culture and compensation on performance of employees. The methods used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is all staff office division who worked in PT. CIMB NIAGA Kuningan Plaza Branch Office with a population 75 people. The sampling using the method of population (census) is to examine the entire population. The approach used in this research is a Structural Equation Models (SEM) with Smart analysis tools-PLS.The results showed situational leadership style gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance.organizational culture gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Compensation provides a positive and significant effect on performance employees. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) which shows the significance value of the independent variables.
This research aims to know the influence of leadership styles, work motivation and discipline onperformance of employees at Mandiri Bank Branch Jakarta Kota. As for the methods used in thisstudy using the method of quantitative research. And the samples used in this study as many as 40employees. This research uses the sampling method is saturated, whereas the methods of analysisused was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership style, workmotivation and discipline significant effect on performance of the employees. the leadership styleeffect positively on performance of the employees. The motivation of working in a positive effect onperformance of the employees. Di tahun 2020, Indonesia menghadapi Wabah Coronavirus Diseases (Covid-19). Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang sangat terdampak akibat pandemi covid 19. Traveloka sebagai salah satu perusahaan startup unicorn yang bergerak dibidang akomodasi dan pariwisata juga ikut terdampak dari imbas peraturan pembatasan sosial berskala besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi resiko terhadap niat beli, pengaruh promosi terhadap niat beli, dan pengaruh kepercayaan merek terhadap niat beli Traveloka Pasca Covid-19. Desain penelitian ini dengan eksplanatory. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan mengambil teori dari Hair lima kali indikator dan mengisi kuisioner yaitu menggunakan metode accidental sampling namun tetap memenuhi kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Teknik samplingnya adalah Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah populasi masyarakat di Tangerang Kota. Metode analisis kuantitatif dengan alat bantu SMART PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi resiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli, dan kepercayaan merek tiak berpengaruh terhadap niat beli.
Perguruan Tinggi Swasta/PTS masih dihadapkan pada persaingan antar Perguruan Tinggi untuk meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing variabel e-service quality, e-satisfation, positive Word of Mouth/WoM, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Data dikumpulkan dari 200 mahasiswa yang berasal dari empat PTS terbaik di Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Depok), dan diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equaltion Modeling/SEM. Dari hasil olah data, seluruh hipotesis yang diuji dapat diterima, dan penelitian menemukan bahwa untuk mendorong positive WoM, PTS harus peka terhadap penciptaan kepuasan mahasiswanya. Positive WoM dapat menjadi alat promosi perikalanan yang efektif bagi PTS untuk mendapatkan calon mahasiswa baru melalui rekomendasi mahasiswa yang ada. Disamping itu, untuk meningkatkan e-customer satisfaction, PTS dituntut untuk selalu meningkatkan service quality yang dihantarkannya melalui service online.
