This study aims to examine the effect and the role of (1) parents' attention on early childhood character education; (2) parents' affection on the early childhood character education; (3) security on the early childhood character education; and (4) parents' attention, parents' affection, and security on the early childhood character education silmultaneously. The method of this research was ex-post facto research. The populations in this study were parents and children in kindergarten of Bima city. Samples from the population were taken from 2 sub-districts namely the Rasa Na'e Barat sub-district and Punda sub-district, which consist of 157 Parents. Instruments used in this research were observations and questionnaires. Meanwhile the data analysis was carried out by using certain techniques which was Inferential Statistics with multiple regression analysis. The result of this study showed that the role of parents' attention on early childhood character education has a significant effect of 0.570 and parents' affection love also has a significant effect on character education of early childhood actually as much as 0.572. While the analysis on the effect of security on character education for early childhood is 0.453. Multiple regression tests show that there was a very large effect from parents' attention, affection and safety in early childhood character education which was 30,618. These results proved that the role of attention, affection, and security given by parents directly affects the character education of early childhood.

Decentralization is a policy for regions to maximize the functions of a regional government authority. Proportional and optimal power in mobilizing every resource in the area will make the region have independence in developing the part. The method used is a literature study; besides, the authors also use media such as newspapers, magazines, bulletins, and other sources relating to the discussion as reference material in reviewing the debate, analysis using descriptive-analytic methods. Decentralization implemented in the city of Makassar has made a very positive contribution to the people of Makassar, because, with devolution, the Makassar city government can plan its development independently for the sake of a sustainable city. The implementation of decentralization in the town of Makassar has implications for the progress of regional development; this can see in the physical event in the city and the level of economic growth

The role of leadership in improving the work responsibilities of employees in the scope of the Government of Makassar City, this study uses a qualitative method by using speakers from the leadership elements and several employees in the Government of Makassar City following the needs after being in the field. Analysis of the data used with the method of qualitative analysis is to compare the conditions in the area with standards or related theories so that conclusions can obtain. Results of the study show that the role of leadership in enhancing employee work responsibilities in the scope of Makassar City Government, in general, has gone well, namely using one-way relationships, the role of exemplary figures, supervisory/controlling functions, receiving information (relatively low) and in decision-making, but the part of leadership still needs to be increased, among others, using flexible two-way relationships, exemplary figures, making input of information as an organizational asset, transparent supervision, and decisions by optimally utilizing existing resources, decisions that contain dampers and opportunities or challenges.

This study aims to find out reliability and estimating the standard error measurement of the questions which have been designed by the teacher. The data analysis was based on the response of 635 students towards the test instrument of Physics Final Exam of grade XII in six schools, which were located in Bima Regency. Test instrument reliability was analysed by using Iteman 4.3 software. Standard Error Measurement analysis of the six test instruments was done by using Compound Binomial Method, Anova Method and Iteman.

Lokasi Rumah Penyu yang menjadi basecamp Komunitas Sahabat Penyu di Dusun Mampie Sulawesi Barat, menjadi ikon tersendiri sebagai atraksi wisata. Sepanjang Pantai Mampie saat ini memang menjadi destinasi wisata lokal masyarakat Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dan masyarakat di luar Daerah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen Universitas Al Asyariah Mandar adalah memberi pendampingan dalam analisis Kesiapan Promosi Wisata Daerah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini melalui aktivitas Observasi, Analisis Data, Pemaparan Hasil Analisis, dan Rekomendasi Program Promosi. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan konsep analisis 4A (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary Services). Hasil kegiatan ini didapatkan analisis tingkat kebutuhan dan persepsi masyarakat di enam dusun Desa Galeso yang menjadi lokus dari program ini. Secara umum didapatkan hasil bahwa daerah ini sangat potensial, dengan keberadaan Komunitas Sahabat Penyu dengan aktifitas komunitasnya. Keberadaan Komunitas Sahabat Penyu sangat potensial memberi daya tarik aktivitas pariwisata di Desa. Namun, dukungan dari berbagai aspek terlihat kurang dominan, diantaranya dukungan kebijakan dan rencana strategis pemerintah desa dan daerah yang tidak terencana cukup matang. Dilain sisi, pemerintah desa dinilai belum mampu menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal nya untuk mengembangkan desa Wisata yang harapannya dapat mendatangkan PADes.
