Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor kepuasan dan faktor ketidakpuasan konsumen pada restoran dengan konsep Korean Barbecue di Jakarta berdasarkan Zomato dan Qraved. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif desktiptif dengan metode analisis isi. Terdapat 30 restoran dari 11 merek yang kemudian menjadi objek penelitian, yaitu Chung Gi Wa, Mapogalmaegi Magal, Born Ga, Seorae, Gojumong, The Grill, Samwon House, Hanyang Garden, Seo Seo Galbi. Metode analisis isi dilakukan dengan menganalisis 410 ulasan yang mewakili kepuasan konsumen dan 250 ulasan yang mewakili ketidakpuasan konsumen, yang didapatkan dari dua platform restoran di Indonesia yaitu Zomato dan Qraved. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 10 faktor yang menentukan kepuasan konsumen yaitu kualitas makanan, kualitas layanan, nilai, harga, atmosfer, tempat, kebersihan, Wi-Fi, promosi dan fasilitas. Faktor utama penentu kepuasan yaitu kualitas produk dimana kualitas makanan baik, side-dish beragam, gratis dan free-flow, porsi banyak, makanan penutup gratis dan teh gratis, varian menu banyak dan halal serta kemasan makanan yang mudah dipanaskan. Sedangkan terdapat enam faktor yang menentukan ketidakpuasan konsumen yaitu kualitas layanan, kualitas makanan, nilai, harga, kebersihan dan atmosfer. Penelitian ini berkontribusi bahwa ulasan pada platform online dapat memberikan informasi bagi pihak manajemen restoran untuk mengenai faktor yang menyebabkan tamu puas maupun tidak puas yang kemudian dapat menjadi kajian untuk meningkatkan kinerja restoran.
Determination of strategic pricing is one of the business strategy that focuses on competitive pricing that give benefit for the company who would faces competitor in competitive product. Companies that use strategic pricing will be able to win the global competition because it has some advantages in many aspects that are less taken into account in determining the strategic price of conventional. With strategic pricing, the company is expected to improve their competitiveness in the market. The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the strategic process of determining the selling price or strategic pricing based on cost lifecycle and the position of product in the products lifecycle. This will be manifested in the use of appropriate business strategy for each product and the calculation of the research costs, design costs, production costs, mark-ups that are tailored to target consumers to produce strategic pricing of products that can be competitive in price competition.
This research aimed to figure out the influence between product quality, price and marketing influencer with the purchasing decision of Scarlett Body Whitening in East Java. The research instrument employed questionnaire to collect data from Scarlett Body Whitening consumers in East Java. Since there was no valid data for number of the consumers, the research used Roscoe method to take the sample. Data analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the marketing influencer had no significant effect on purchase decision for Scarlett Body Whitening. This research is aimed to identify the signs in the webtoon True Beauty and aim to interpret the meaning of signs in the webtoon True Beauty by using Charles Sanders Pierce’s triadic theory. This research is applied the qualitative method. The data source in this research are the webtoon True Beauty. In collecting the data, researchers need to download the True Beauty webtoon to get softcopy data, then researchers take several panels from the selected True Beauty webtoon episodes. There are five data analyzed from the 149th episode of the webtoon True Beauty and each data of consists of the sign and interpreting meaning. The signs found on webtoon True Beauty consisted of representamen (legisign), object (icon), and interpretant (rheme) and there are three steps to interpreting the meaning of signs that are found on webtoon True Beauty, they are non-verbal communicative legisign, framing techniques, and communicative act.
