Based on KKP data, nile tilapia production is highly increasing from 2015 – 2018. To generate high production of nile tilapia, intensive culture system is needed. The latter indicated with high density stock and feed amount, which lead to high accumulation of organic waste. Those accumulation of organic waste considered harmful towards fish commodity due to contained ammonia and nitrite which both of them categorized as toxic. The solution for the prior problem is by applying aquaponic system along with the addition of Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter probiotic to support nitrification process. Nitrification process described as decreasing process of ammonia and nitrite by oxidizing them into nitrate. The effective dosage of the probiotic has yet to be known, so this study aim to figure out whether the addition of those probiotic with certain dosage can decrease nitrite and increase nitrate. This study uses Rancang Acak Lengkap (RAL) with 5 treatments repeated 4 times. Nitrite and nitrate data analyzed by ANOVA. The result showed the addition of Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter probiotic decrease nitrite and increase nitrate with 1,5 mg/L as the most effective dosage. Prior dosage decrease nitrite level into 0,0672 ± 0,0013 mg/L and increase nitrate level into 3,936 ± 0,1175 mg/L
This study aims to test the application of e-learning using edmodo media in learning physics based on character values to improve student learning outcomes in work and energy materials. This type of research is an experiment, using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design design. The instrument used in this study was a pretest and posttest questions consisting of 12 question numbers to test the improvement of student learning outcomes using e-learning using edmodo media. The pretest value data normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test resulted in 0.035, and for the posttest value obtained 0.457. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes with an average gain value of 0.82 which is included in the high criteria. The results of the data hypothesis analysis were obtained from the pretest and posttest values based on the output "statistical test" known to Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is 0.00. (0.05). Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes by using e-learning using edmodo media in physics learning based on character values on business and energy materials.
Study of groundwater types using the Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) method in 'Martani Field’ Ngemplak District of Yogyakarta was done by carrying out eight measurement points to look for groundwater potential. This area is an area on the southern slopes of Mount Merapi which is included in the Yogyakarta Groundwater Basin. The type of lithology is identified based on the measurement of its resistivity value so that there are several types of lithology, namely Breccia (110-670 Ωm), Clay (1.99-10.12 Ωm), Sandstones (17.06-56.82 Ωm) and andesite lava (688-1657 Ωm). The bottom of the aquifer in this basin is composed of rock formations that are impermeable or semi impermeable which are non-aquifer, namely by Breccias, Clay and Andesite Lava. The existence of sandstones that act as aquifers is found near the surface at a depth of <25 m and at a depth of about 60-100 m below the surface so that it is divided into two categories, namely shallow groundwater and deep groundwater.
This study aims to determine the influence of the Inquiry-Based Learning model on students' scientific ability in Rotational Dynamics of a Rigid Bodies. This influence is seen from whether or not students can achieve the criteria of completeness by mastering three PISA (Program for International Student Assessment) indicators in 10 items on the test consisting of two questions to identify scientific problems, five question to explain phenomena scientifically, and three questions to interpret data and scientific evidence. The research method applied is the experimental method and uses the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design as a research design involving 4 classes, where 1 class acts as the experimental class and 3 classes as the replication class. Based on the statistical results of the t-test to test the research hypothesis, the t-count value for each sample class is greater than the t-table value. This shows that the use of the Inquiry-Based Learning learning model has an effect on students' scientific literacy abilities in the rotational dynamics of a rigid bodies
ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kabila for the Academic Year 2021/2022 in class X Science and aims to determine the significant positive effect of using a video-assisted guided inquiry model with the implementation of blended learning on student learning outcomes on the concept of parabolic motion in high school. During the covid-19 pandemic with a blended learning process. This research uses an experimental method. This study uses the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. In this design, treatment will bi given after being treatment (Posttest) with student completeness scores (KKM). The data analysis technique used is data normality test, hypothesis testing, N-gain test, and effect size. The sampling technique in this study used group sampling technique and was carried out randomly. The research instrumen used was essay questions. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that the price of tcount ≥ ttables is 6.49 ≥ 2.03, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect of the treatment given (posttest) with the student’s completeness score (KKM). Based on the analysis of N-gain and effect size, the N-gain value of 0.60 is obtained in the medium category. The effect size value is 1.90 with a strong effect interpretation. This shows that there is consistency in the treatment given to student learning outcomes. Keywords: guided inquiry; video; learning outcomes; blended learning.
