Latar Belakang: Prediabetes salah satu indikator risiko untuk diabetes mellitus tipe 2 yang merupakan masalah kesehatan global dan harus diperhatikan. International Diabetes Federation memperkirakan prevalensi prediabetes di seluruh dunia sebesar 280 juta pada tahun 2011 dengan proyeksi 389 juta pada tahun 2030. Perilaku konsumsi makanan merupakah salah satu faktor risiko penyebab terjadinya prediabetes. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor perilaku konsumsi makanan dengan risiko prediabetes remaja Kota Jambi. Metode: Desain penelitian cross-sectional. Sampel peneltian berjumlah 140 orang dengan kriteria: (1) memiliki usia 15 – 18 tahun; (2) bersedia dan mendapatkan izin dari orang tua/wali untuk menjadi responden (3) Bersedia menjalani puasa dari jam 23.00 sampai dengan jam 07.30 pagi (sebelum dilakukan pemeriksaan gula darah puasa). Variabel terikat prediabetes dengan pemeriksaan glukosa darah puasa metode biosistem menggunakan alat spektrofotometer biochemical analyzer AE-600N pada panjang gelombang (λ) 500 nm. Variabel bebas konsumsi makanan dilakukan dengan wawacara food recall 3 x 24 jam. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil: uji statistik chi-square perilaku konsumsi karbohidrat >300 – 400 g/hari (p=0,009; OR=4,058) dan perilaku konsumsi minuman manis >12g/hari (p=0,01; OR 4,333) memiliki risiko kejadian prediabetes. Regresi logistik ganda konsumsi minuman manis 4,2 kali risiko prediabetes remaja (p=0,018). Kesimpulan: konsumsi minuman manis merupakan faktor dominan risiko prediabetes remaja.

Almost 90% of diseases categorized as non-communicable diseases (PTM) such as cancer, diabetes, HIV-AIDS, heart disease, high blood pressure, stress and so on can actually be prevented with regular health behaviors. The purpose of community service is to increase the independence and welfare of the people of Lubuk Ruso Village, Pemayung Batang Hari District, Jambi by empowering the community through the healthy community movement (germas independent village). Activities carried out with the pre test stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage with the post test. PkM activities with the acquisition of pre-test scores with a mean value of the comparison between the pre-test post-test is 2.85. Bivariate analysis test results with the Wilcoxon Test on respondents. The results of testing the data show a value of p = 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded statistically that there are differences in knowledge before and after education.Keywords: Education, Germas, PTM
The problem of under-five nutrition is still a significant concern in developing countries. One of the main factors is the level of nutritional knowledge, so feeding toddlers is inappropriate and less varied. Nutrition education must be delivered in an informative and flexible. This study aims to analyze the effect of nutrition education based on the SIMPATIK website on mothers' knowledge and diversity of toddler consumption in Jambi City. The study used a Quasy Experimental design in a pre-post test only, with 60 mothers of toddlers as subjects in the working area of the Tahtul Yaman Public Health Center in 2022. Were collection used a questionnaire, interviews and assistance using the SIMPATIK. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test at 95% CI. The results of the study, the SIMPATIK website on the nutritional knowledge of toddler mothers (p= 0,000; = 2,18), and diversity of food consumption (p= 0,000; = 0,99). In conclusion, SIMPATIK increased the nutritional knowledge of mothers of toddlers and the variety of toddlers' consumption in Jambi City. The SIMPATIK website can be used as a tool for nutrition education in the community.
